**Boon: Hexed Hope**
A boon totem that explodes in the killer's face when they attempt to put it out, stunning them for 3 seconds. Each time they put the boon totem out, the stun gets longer by 1 second.
**Crows from Hell**
If the killer gets within 12 meters of a crow on the map, instead of flying away it will begin pecking at the killer, reducing their movement speed by 20% so long as they are within range of the crow's original position.
**I See HIM**
Each time the killer hits any survivor, I See HIM gains a stack. Each stack causes the killer to see false illusions of the survivor that has I See HIM equipped. Illusions made by I See HIM will do actions normal survivors can be seen doing (cleansing, repairing, healing and gate opening). At 20 stacks, all real survivors are replaced by I See HIM. If the killer hits an illusion, I See HIM gains a stack and the killer suffers from the blindness and incapacitated status effect for 10 seconds. Killers suffering from the incapacitated status effect can not use their power.
I've come up with many different perk ideas and powers that I just don't really share because it's whatever to me. Sure, people will love my perk ideas (especially the perks I have come up with if I was in the game), but I like to watch other people bring their ideas up and see what they can come up with.
I come with 3 unique perks
- Drawn Together: grants the player 1 token to scavenge a rare map from open chest. Maps can track your teammates locations within a 24/36/64 meter radius.
- Compartmentalization: you can carry 1 additional item. You can no longer drop items. Press the drop items button to switch items. Items you carry deplete 10/13/15% slower.
- Crafty: searching chest take 30/25/20% longer. When you search a chest for an item you are guaranteed at least 1 rare or better add-on and at least 1 rare or worse add-on attached to the item. You keep add-ons plundered from the trial.

Edit* also you couldn’t bring a second item into the trial cause the DbD UI wouldn’t be updated. The second item would have to be looted from a chest or dropped by a teammate.

I actually thought that was the coolest survivor lore they’ve made so far. Circumventing the Entity’s rules (as a survivor nonetheless!) is absolutely awesome. Not only that, but he’s got more of a backstory than “this guy was a [likable profession] but then he got involved in [bad thing] and got taken by the fog”.
He's the start of the survivor power creep. Soon, we will have Sgt. Tex McMurican, who somehow smuggled a 50 cal up his ass before the Entity yoinked him, so he goes around shooting killers and ending trials. One of his signature perks will be his gun, and after finding 5 scrap piles and doing 5 gens (it's gotta be busted on at least PTB), you obtain 2 bullets to kill the killer.
The answer is, it's inconsistent and the lore changes.
Earlier on in the game's lifespan, survivors kept all those memories. It was how they know how to do things like fix generators, that you need to cleanse totems because they aren't just spooky decor, that those fountains can cure you of the plague, etc. Learn how to survive and teach each other or die endlessly. Benedict Baker was clearly aware of the many horrible things that happened to him, and many perks and offering descriptions etc are about you having learnt things (Deja Vu, Slippery Meat, etc. Mentions of old tapes with advice on them, and so on).
The Archives retconned this, pretty much, the writers of that clearly didn't look through older lore.
Yes, I have been trying to link everything up in the lore but some stuff doesn't add up, so it makes sense that the ones writing the archives didn't read or have access to the way the lore was previously. As well written as the archives lore is, some things just don't add up when reading older perks, items and offering descriptions.

At that point the entity discards them into a realm called "the void" , but blight who was a Survivor ať first managed to become a Killer after getting discarded due to his serum addiction

Convince the rest of the survivors to jump out of the walls
Try to lock a survivor inside a locker against Dredge

I don't think living as a DBD Killer for an year would be that difficult. Sure, having to drag survivors around and chasing them will be physically exhausting, but there's not much potential for injury besides getting hurt by pallets or stung by flashbangs.
I would definitely accept the offer and return back after an year with enough money to pay for my extended family to live comfortably for the rest of their lives. Would probably become very physically fit as well.
I think the real question is with how the entity tries to train killers into pleasure from hooking people, if when you came back to the mortal realm, would you stay as a killer from conditioning? Considering you can't remember anything and every trail gets wiped from your mind I mean sure. Once you get outta the fog you won't even have pstd or wounds and you'd be placed right back into your life but now have 250 Million dollars. Seems like a great deal to me. However the real question is, am I a survivor or killer?
I'm literally immortal in there. What the fuck is there to worry about? I get to hide in some random ass area or something and wait. For a year. It'd be boring sure, but I literally can't die. Worst I get is loss of some semblance of emotion, and that's not super detrimental in the long run.
From a utilitarian perspective, there's no amount of suffering I could personally endure that would outweigh the vast good I could do with 250M$. Greater good dictates I put on my big boy pants and go get butchered in the fog.
Unitarianism dictates what is right or wrong based on how beneficial or harmful an action/choice will be on all parties involved. Since there is no obligation or promise that you will use that $250 million on anything, we have to assume the parties are 4 survivors (you included), the killer and the entity.
While you choosing to join will obviously increase your suffering, it may or may not increase the suffering of the other survivors depending on your ability to survive and help. Let’s assume you don’t add any increased suffering.
The entity and killer will most likely not have their suffering increase by your arrival. But their happiness at a new face to torture will surely increase. Classic utilitarianism does not claim that reducing suffering is more important than increasing happiness.
Your suffering is justified because it makes the killer and entity happy. Sounds like you should join for free tbh.

It is day 100… the crops are finally almost in. When they sent me here, I assumed it had food. It did not. I’ve just barely survived on any kind of meat. But that’s soon to be over. My crops should keep me fed the rest of the year. I’ve lost around 10% due to damn people walking through. Don’t they understand that every crop is another day I won’t eat?
Day 130 I’ve lost another 10 percent. There is another group coming through, I’ve put up a powered gate to deal with the problem.

Perk 3: Entitled to live: Can take a 3rd hit, be put into deep wounds, only after healing another player or unhooking them (another dead hard)

I'd join you on this but I'd also steal most killers items and hide them, of course I'd record their reactions with Ghostface's phone while wearing Wesker's glasses. I'd get tunneled a lot but it'd be worth it. If I was put as a killer I'd pick up the toolkits & maps and hide them. I'd also pick up the torches to try and blind them and I'd steal their keys to see what happens if I try to go in the hatch. I don't think living as a DBD Killer for an year would be that difficult. Sure, having to drag survivors around and chasing them will be physically exhausting, but there's not much potential for injury besides getting hurt by pallets or stung by flashbangs. I would definitely accept the offer and return back after an year with enough money to pay for my extended family to live comfortably for the rest of their lives. Would probably become very physically fit as well.
I think the real question is with how the entity tries to train killers into pleasure from hooking people, if when you came back to the mortal realm, would you stay as a killer from conditioning? I'm literally immortal in there. What the fuck is there to worry about? I get to hide in some random ass area or something and wait. For a year. It'd be boring sure, but I literally can't die. Worst I get is loss of some semblance of emotion, and that's not super detrimental in the long run.
From a utilitarian perspective, there's no amount of suffering I could personally endure that would outweigh the vast good I could do with 250M$. Greater good dictates I put on my big boy pants and go get butchered in the fog.

Since there is no obligation or promise that you will use that $250 million on anything, we have to assume the parties are 4 survivors (you included), the killer and the entity. While you choosing to join will obviously increase your suffering, it may or may not increase the suffering of the other survivors depending on your ability to survive and help. Let’s assume you don’t add any increased suffering. The entity and killer will most likely not have their suffering increase by your arrival. But their happiness at a new face to torture will surely increase. Classic utilitarianism does not claim that reducing suffering is more important than increasing happiness. Your suffering is justified because it makes the killer and entity happy. Sounds like you should join for free tbh.

After this effect ends the killer is confused and hindered for 1/2/3 seconds.

You believe Jane or Jeff are in shape to do that? Survivors are clearly empowered by the entity to be able to accomplish certain feats - vaulting windows is NOT as easy as the survivors make it look, especially the narrower ones for example.
I mean, they’re out there doing it. They get skewered and dangled by a hook or lose 99% of their blood, and they’re still moonwalking and jumping out of 2nd story windows. Catch my ass jumping out of a 2nd story window and I’ll need to assess myself before taking a nap.

Day 130 I’ve lost another 10 percent. There is another group coming through, I’ve put up a powered gate to deal with the problem. I’d be wild Perk 1: Dumbass: skill checks go counterclockwise and 1%/3%/5% slower (dad wasn’t around to show me how to work on things) Perk 2: School-zone: Keeps the killer from going into bloodlust 3, then 2, then 1, for an extra 10 seconds, (3-2-1 for different tiers of the perk) Perk 3: Entitled to live: Can take a 3rd hit, be put into deep wounds, only after healing another player or unhooking them (another dead hard) Cosmetics, brown paper bag over the head with silly faces drawn on, bright colored underwear, long high socks with multiple colors, all in crocks.

Each time you die the entity wipes it from your memory so technically you die once and then get the money. Along with a time skip of an entire year. I’ll counter offer by making it to where I get put back in the time I took the deal and then I’ll accept it.
