I rarely get power struggle value when I play with a build in regular dbd. The one time I got it randomly, I had instant value. The randomness makes it hard to know what to expect
Power Struggle (and Flip Flop) is way better if you intentionally get downed on a pallet and a teammate stays nearby. Killer either lets the teammate drop pallet or chases away the teammate and lets you get Flip Flop value.
I know it’s more of a joke, but this is my go-to build 😭

If I may ask, why Gearhead? I always find that I never know when it goes off or the auras are totally hidden by the gens so I don't get much value out of it.
Gearhead’s mainly to help eat up distortion tokens since it’s a little meta rn. I really don’t like running slowdown and find myself getting little value from BBQ, so Gearhead helps out with that. It also helps me know if I should drop chase to interrupt a nearby gen 😅
I feel like you can run Grim embrace and be alright, it's more of a fair slow down perk since survivors can still heal themselves/loot chest/totems/etc. Would take out agitation for it since you don't have any scourges for it anyways lol.
I don't get why dissolution has such a long timer to activate. I get why they don't want it to activate instantly, but 3 seconds is way too long to get value most of the time.
I had a friend get no perks twice in a row (heard it’s a bug) while I got a full on struggle build, it was glorious. The chaos modifier is really good at letting people experience perks they normally would never touch
I’ve gotten no perks a couple of times, I’ve heard people say it’s a bug that can happen if you’re using the bloodweb when the game starts but I don’t know if there’s any truth behind that are not (although I do this in my experiences I was leveling up bloodweb, but I almost always am while wasting for a game to start so not the best evidence)
It definitely has some sort of bug that causes the same perks to roll together more often than not. I’ve lost count how many times I had a repeat of the same perk twice in a row

Honestly been getting dissolution a lot and it’s been pretty helpful at times. Got it with blood favor and basically made it to where they could use any pallets whatsoever
Thr shuffle gave me mad grit, it was my first time ever having it. I thought "there is no way I get value from it but it would be funny." Survivors did 4 gens, and must have thought, "hey, we are doing good, let's take protection hits in the basement." A few moments later I went from a few hook stages to all of them were dead in the basement. This game mode is wild.
what the modifier does a really good job of showing is the difference between top and low-tier killers. trapper with randomized perks is basically just a free 4 man out lol, whereas nurse with 4 randomized perks is still nurse.
It's great to get value from rare perks, on my very first game I got insane iron maiden value securing the 4k

Agitation is also good for thwarting a hook sabo. Heard a hook hit the ground? Just keep on walking to the next
I’ve met loads of Blight players that don’t go full meta. But sadly its the toxic ones that create the stereotype
