Yes, in the mid late 90s everyone wore Dickies. Then Volcom and all the other skate brands copied the style and sold the same pants for 2-4x the price at skate shops in the 2000s.
How do you not recognize Dickies when you see them? Shits are timeless and always look dope, no matter what time period it is. I still wear the shit all the time.

Edit: looks like they are Campus, which look similar to Gazelles.
Their adidas Campus shoes. Gazelles are narrow and have a design over the toe box. the campus have a clean toe box and a suede tongue. Every nu-metal band in the 90s wore them.
Maybe they are Campus. You can’t see those defining factors in the pic though - and from what I remember, Gazelles were far more widespread and available than Campus. But maybe that’s my own hazy memory and bias. Either way, it’s one of those!
Nah man, campus were the nu-metal standard. Every band from cali rocked them. Limp bizkit, Korn, deftones, incubus and every subsequent band after, all rocked the same style. Dickies and campus shoes/superstars. It was nu-metal fashion. Gazelles were to narrow and not chunky enough.
