wdym? I’ve had 8 drop from bosses and collected zero from travelers. also, assuming every traveler gives one, and you saying I’d need 13 prior, that would be 21, which is much more than you need
If you recently started farming bosses then you need to wait until they bring back the meatball boss in The Blooming. They took him out because a lot of people were having their motes taken and no exotic mote dropping in it’s place.
I've gotten all 13 before bosses, just finished getting all from bosses (got meatball after patch fix) and i still only have 16? Did i miss one somewhere, i followed Datto's guide to a T?

Collecting all travelers gives you 13, at least that’s how many j had. Maybe I had some from a boss before idk
