It's like a 7th round pick is one lottery ticket. Low odds, and only one shot. UDFA is like 12 lottery tickets. Still sucky odds for each, but 12 shots to try.

Think that's simply a volume thing. There are 30 something 7th rounders and 300 something UDFA.
I’d say more like 7 billion UDFA. I’m one of them, and so are you. We are all UDFA.
to be a UDFA you would have to have declared for the nfl draft at some point

I mean, a 7th round draft pick has tangible value. It could be ANYBODY. UDFAs on the other hand are FREE
I think it’s because a 7th rounder failing means value is lost while an UDFA failing doesn’t really matter. But yes I’m 100% looking it over.Â
Hell, rarely 4th rounders pan out. How many of you even knew who Sun God was when we took him? I didn't.

I am completely that dumb. I remember being all over the UDFA list last year and was so stoked when we got Mohamed Ibrahim @ RB. It's what I do
I mean he would be at least an NFL level backup player if not for the injuries.
