Honestly BQ had a handful. I think if he didn’t tether himself to Patricia he may still have a job. Thank god for us that’s not the case but BQ and Caldwell together probably would have been a perennial 9ish win team with Stafford.
Since you said Quinntricia Era, I'm going to only cover 2018-2020. I'm going to try to be as fair as possible.
**Home Run**
* Frank Ragnow. Enough Said.
* Hired Hank Fraley as OL Coach
* Hired Ben Johnson
* Found Jack Fox UDFA Punter.
* Romeo Okwara signing in 2018.
**Good Moves**
* Golden Tate Trade (got a 2019 3rd)
* Damon Harrison trade (only traded a 2019 5th)
* Drafted Tracy Walker in 2018
* Drafted TJ Hockenson , Will Harris, and Amani Oruwariye in 2019.
* Drafted D'Andre Swift and Jonah Jackson in 2020.
* Danny Amendola Signing.
**Bad Moves**
* 2018 Draft Busts/Misses: Kerryon, Da'Shawn, Tyrell Crosby
* 2019 Draft Busts/Misses: Austin Bryant, Fulgham, Ty Johnson, Nauta, and PJ Johnson
* 2020 Draft Busts/MIsses: Julian Okwara, Logan Stenberg, Quintez Cephus, Jason Huntley, John Penisini, Jashon Cornell.
* OG/OT Halapoulivaatai Vaitai (5 years / $45 million) (maybe could be good move)
* CB Desmond Trufant (2 years $21 million)
**Fireable Offenses**
* EDGE Trey Flowers (5 years / $90 million)
* TE Jesse James (4 years / $22.6 million)
* CB Justin Coleman (4 years / $36 million)
* OLB Jamie Collins (3 years / $30 million)
* Letting Graham Glasgow walk and the inexcusable Guard Rotation with Kenny Wiggins
* Drafted Jeff Okudah (heard it was between Okudah or Derrick Brown)
* Drafted Jahlani Tavai 2nd Round in 2019.
* Traded Quandre Diggs and 7th Round Pick for a 2020 5th Round Pick
* Traded Darius Slay for a 3rd and 5th.
* Hiring Matt Patricia.
I can actually excuse letting Glasgow walk, he wasn't as good in his initial run here. Also Coleman wasn't a disaster, he was worth that until he got hurt and cutting him didn't really set us back.
Hock in the top 10, Harris in the 3rd, and Swift over Taylor were all awful decisions. And calling Okwara and Fox (who's really good, but he's a punter) his home runs kinda shows that even his best moves weren't anything special.
Nah something was up with letting Glasgow walk. He told the media he wanted to be back but wanted to play for a team that wanted him, and we now know that Ragnow and Decker are his best friends. I suspect the coaching staff didn't like him just like they didn't like half their players.
Probably but he really wasn't that good his first stint here. He was cut by the broncos as well.
Holmes letting Jonah Jackson walk is pretty similar honestly. The OL mistakes Quinn made were letting Warford and Reiff walk and trying to replace them with Lang and Big V.
His best draft picks
Decker, A’Shawn Robinson, Graham Glasgow, Reeves-Maybin, Agnew, Ragnow, Hockenson, Swift, Jackson…
that being said most of these guys never resigned with the team.
He was good at getting free agent WR’s. Tate, Boldin, Jones all did great with Stafford
Trading Darius Slay. Just hear me out, it was a decision that had to be made and allowed us to get a younger corner and I have a suspicion that if you’re still reading this, you’re saying “what the f**k?”, and you should be because nobody should ever have this opinion ever because it was a terrible move that showed us how toxic the culture was and how fast the team was on a downward spiral to depths not seen since the Millen era. I still can’t believe those bums forced our star corner to request a trade.
Trading Slay was fine. We weren't going to be contending anytime soon and there's no guarantee a CB over 30 is still going to be able to contribute.
Trading Slay for a third should've been his last move as GM though. Anybody that still had faith him in that point had completely lost the plot.
Bob Quinn was a below average GM but he was not a horrendous GM unless patricia was strong arming him.
Quinn did some super awesome things and a lot of subpar things.
As much as it sucks probably them doing such a bad job and getting fired which led to us getting MCDC and Holmes.
If they even did a mediocre job and got the team to 9 or 10 wins consistently I could see a world where they could still be here.
Line....he knew how to draft an offensive line. After that, he kind of sucked at skilled positions on offense. I mean, there is Hock, but that was pretty much a no-brainer pick. After that, you have Galloway (inconsistent) and Swift (always hurt), and then you have the defense, which he was just horrible at drafting. Quinn was not good at drafting.
Decker, ragnow, Ben Johnson, Hank fraley
The best move is when they got fired.
Decker and Ragnow
Also drafted Glasgow, Jonah, and Jalen Reeves Maybin.
Honestly BQ had a handful. I think if he didn’t tether himself to Patricia he may still have a job. Thank god for us that’s not the case but BQ and Caldwell together probably would have been a perennial 9ish win team with Stafford.

I know you limited it to 2018 - 2020, but the Teez Tabor pick would also qualify as a "fireable offense."
The thing is, some of those fireable offenses sounded great at the time. It was just a shit team, poor coaching, etc, and they clearly didn't pan out.
I really had faith in Kenny Wiggins for whatever reason
Justin Coleman was nice asf for a season

Tate was Mayhew but yea
The end of it!

I have a gut feeling that Matty Patty did strong-arm him.
As everybody said, OL. But also, Bob Quinn was the best GM we ever had prior to Brad Holmes. Which is fucking crazy.
I think, Chuck Schmitt, the guy who put together the 90's teams deserves to be considered light years better than Quinn.
That is a sad fact....but with the happy ending of Holmes looks like one of the greatest GMs of all time.
Them leaving
When they were fired.
Firing Quinn and Patricia was probably the best move
The firing…..
Okudah is pretty easy to knock with hindsight. At the Time it was seen as a good pick. A lot of those others, not so much though.
They did draft some great players we still use. Otherwise not much.
As much as it sucks probably them doing such a bad job and getting fired which led to us getting MCDC and Holmes. If they even did a mediocre job and got the team to 9 or 10 wins consistently I could see a world where they could still be here.
aside from the o-line i cant think of a single good move that quinn made.
We don’t talk about that anymore
Replacing Pencil Ears with MCDC.
BQ knew how to draft on offence.
