Nah it’s not that good. Only 7 fcr. Enery, life and mana are really really low rolls. Regenerate mana what? Light radius is the best mod here.
Nice for self use if you dont need to hit 200 fcr.

11 energy (situational, too low)
10 life (good but too low)
2 light radius (useless)

Mana&Mana Regen are always there, just ignore them always low rolls

The Mana, Mana Regen, and FCR are from the Caster Craft not affixes
But they are still low?
The crafted rolls are actually above average, however even maxed roll on the +mana and Regen are insignificant.
