Yep. My experience with Guilded is pretty good, and the features it has without having to pay for a subscription are really nice
In an attempt to move one of my discord communities to Guilded, we ended up getting 3/856 people to move. The owner, me (admin), and a single member.
Also they will not deactivate the subscription if you specifically paid I know people that had their discord account hacked and deleted and still kept getting charged and discord did nothing so they had to get a new card
I get it you probably pay for nitro so you gotta back them but at least Microsoft and Sony have multiple revenues of support and with proof you can get your account back with discord 3 months in even with proof you ain't getting shit
I have honestly never had issues with Microsoft and Sonys support teams they also respond very quickly where as discord you won't get a response for a month or more
I have seen Sony be very petty when it comes to returns so they are ass on that front Microsoft I personally haven't seen any issues personally there's definitely things that Microsoft can work on too
And that's even assuming you get a real person which I bet discord doesn't have any if they do they hire lazy mf with no knowledge on what they are doing

If you can't offer basic services at a decent function you shouldn't be taking money if you aren't going to improve it at that point it's just blind theft
They use AI now. All of their moderation is cheap shitty AI tools still being worked on. CLIP from openAI thats hilariously awful. And people can use nightshade to make innocent images be flagged as CSAM. They scan for keywords with a brand new machine algorithm made by some weird company called thorn. It’s supposed to stop grooming. But as you guessed. It flags jokes and innocent shit. Said fuck them kids? Or fuck them baby? Child safety strike. And no, the support team won’t appeal. Often the bot will just say your account is disabled when it’s not. Their support team barely has any employees after the layoffs. It’s all robots.
Less than 1% of discord users would be willing to move to a new platform.
Discord is good enough for most people, they don’t really care about this sort of stuff.
Guilded would have to be indisputably better and Discord would have to get significantly worse for people to care enough to move like people moved from Skype

Some people alternatively uses IRC bridges, but you need a bot or webhook for it.

That also happened to me just now but in this case I can’t check what they striked for breaking community guidelines
