I'm having the same problem
Don't know the official answer but i feel like its because discord limits the amount of files you can send, for people without nitro its 8 MB and for people with nitro its like 100MB so probably because you are sending files which are way to big
I have nitro and two pictures are 3,2mb each and will not send when i send them together. And i get an error message when a file is too big
uhhh maybe its the server? I'm pretty sure servers also have a limit
Happens on every server and even DMs
Then uhh here me out, use guilded they have a 100MB limit and you can just like copy and paste the link to discord, takes me like 10 seconds
It fixed itself, no update nothing. Just worked
