The part I'm finding amazing about your drawings is the clear representation of their personalities. That's a huge talent!
Nanny seems like a 100% perfect representation, too
Magrat has some of my favourite character descriptions in the entire Discworld. I wish I could find some of the quotes, they're great.
I picture her as basically Dandelion shaped, and a face like she's mildly allergic to herself.
I really like your depiction of her too, you really capture the Wet Hen side of her personality.

Although, in my mind, Magrat is much older-looking. She might be the youngest of the three, but she’s still at least in her 30’s. Nanny Ogg canonically only has exactly one tooth (she’s *unident* as granny once put it.) And as others have pointed out, Granny doesn’t have any warts.
You’ve got their personalities absolutely spot on! Can’t wait to see how your vision of them develops as you progress through the books, I’d love to see your depictions of other characters you might come across!

a unique take on Magrat, but a good one! The other two are spot-on.
Except that Weatherwax had (unfortunately to her) perfect skin, which someone else pointed out
Im curious to know, how is Magrat usually depicted? I had a hard time figuring her out compared to the other two 😅

Generally she's described as having very long hair. Hair that's untameable and gets filled with little twigs and leaves.

I always imagined Magrat as a little bit Jane Horrocks-like

To be pedantic, Granny needs smooth skin and nanny only has one tooth. But otherwise, this really feels like them
