Hey if you assault me or my party with lethal force you lose property rights to your belongings and corpse. To prevent pvp the necromancer and the lizard must play rock paper scissors if they both call dibs.
I feel it would always be lizard folk first then necro second just because they can animate the bones which means you dont need to deal with the rotten flesh smell later
My party do this, they say that they do it to put fear in the possible enemies.
But sometimes they do it without more people in the room...
I wish that they were lizardfolk...
Was wild shaped as a giant octopus once with the squad while trying to figure out how a magic book and quill worked.
One of the players suggested that since I was an octopus I just "make ink" to write with. Needless to say I was very offended and he got an ear full of telepathy.
We ended up using my blood from a wound I had gotten earlier.
I think, according to canon lore, Lizardfolk wouldn't really be insulted. Actually, according to any lore; why would I be insulted about something true and accurate?
Hey you going to eat that
No… you can have it!
By lore standards, they even eat their own and it's a symbol of respect to eat important parts if I'm not mistaken
Dibs on the testes

Eats the body and shits out an animated skeleton.

They wouldn’t even register what an insult was, only that the creature making the insult is probably acting hostile towards them
