I would switch Tiefling and Halfling. Amber being sap that slowly forms into a gem fits for the more Tolkien-esque Halflings, and it potentially "trapping" things like leaves or insects fits for the typical halfling rogue.
Pearls being something beautiful that forms around an unwanted intrusion I think is a nice allegory for Tiefling, where they can be just as pure or precious as the other races, even though their core being involves an evil spark
The rest fits really well
Maybe Diamond for Dwarfs since they're greedy and tough, which fits well for diamonds, and Lonsdaleite for humans since they're some of the toughest to try to actually wipe out in any meaningful way.

Yep. white pearl for good tieflings and black pearl for evil tieflings
Why diamond for human? I would have given diamond to dwarves since it is the most hard gem as far as I know. And dwarfs are tough and hardy.
