Nothing against the gigafactory (which makes automotive components), but I'm referring to auto assembly plants here. It does look like the Fremont plant has the highest production rate of cars currently. The Fremont plant under NUMMI made about 960 cars and 650 trucks per day, which is still higher than teslas current output. Yes the cars made then were very simple Pontiac/Toyota base models compared to the more dense teslas, so i guess you can say there's more mass/material rolling out of teslas doors, but that isn't necessarily a good thing.
