Like which skills? The transformation timer and curse embracer skills are very useful. Out of his three transformations, the moose skills are best. I usually get up to Werebeaver III as well, just because I hate making pick/axes. The tail slam doesn’t save enough time to be useful, and it uses too much of your meter. Goose skills aren’t that good outside of the early game imo, but you could maybe grab the first one unless you want more Lumberjack skills (which all have their uses, but I like the Treeguard Feller skills and my friend likes the Woodworker skills).

In the early game I don't mind making the cane, and stuff like that. But in the later game I realized it's useless. I really like Woodie (I have max insight) and I LOVE the moose form with a passion. I use that a lot to kill beefalo, stuff like that. I'll go to that side and see if it benefits. Thanks for the help :D

My setup is all transformation timer skills, all Weremoose skills, Werebeaver 1-3, all Treeguard skills. Last slot can go to an affinity skill or cheap boards. Fully upgraded Weremoose is an absolute beast in combat. You can facetank Spider Queens easily, take out Bearger/Deerclops/Eye of Terror with moderate kiting, take out Giant Tentacles using the charge attack to clear out Baby Tentacles, and even take out bosses like Klaus, Nightmare/Scrappy Werepig, Twins of Terror (do separate them with a pan flute first), and Ancient Guardian if your kiting is good enough. No need for weapons or armor, just two Weremoose idols should be enough in most cases. Use Weremoose to tear through Tier 3 spider dens when you need more monster meat for idols. Between the planar punch and charge attack, spiders are a joke. Werebeaver Level 3 already gathers way more resources than you will need so I don't think tail slam brings much to the table. Weregoose abilities aren't that useful once you know your way around the map. Wooden helmet and walking stick are outclassed pretty early on, and it's easy to Weremoose the Eye of Terror and MacTusk camp. And I don't know how I feel about the affinity skills since I've never gotten that far.
