Honey farm! Lunar area with lunar bushes trees etc. koalafent pen for manure and cuteness. Grass gecko pen. (Easy to setup just takes patience). Twig farm with grass gators, banana/reed/palm cone beach area, bunnymen/spider farm, tamed beefalo pen and decoration area. Turn winter festival on and make a Xmas tree area for presents, shadow piece farm, id make a volt goat pen even if you are wurt just to have them contained somewhere in case you switch to a meat eater at some point, some docks for lure plants and also a seaweed collection point.(you can plant your seaweed on the coast and row a boat plant form along the line to gather them from one spot) no eyed deer pen, mushroom farm.
Then finally you can turn on cawnival and make that whole setup. Same with a catcoon pen and the karrat race thing.

Edit: I’d also do a pigmen farm for pigskins on full moons. Just be careful and have the whole thing setup minus the houses and build all of them in ONE night so you don’t get attacked.
I just zoomed in and saw you have some of the stuff. Just remember that filling out space means lots of walls fences and turfs to make it feel organized and well thought out. Separate everything to take up more space. Also cawnival has great decorations for additional space filler.
You could replace a lot of ground with the I'm blanking on the name but it's that one type of like Rocky ground that makes you move fast since it would take up a lot of space and let you travel faster around your base
Maybe an area with all your fighting supplies like armor, weapons, panflutes, etc. or a place made for boss statues? or statues in general

yeah but i prefer cobblestone over mursh turf its easy for me
Cobblestone will prevent world regrowth but marsh turf won't. It's definitely the better option if you are willing to pay for it.
