No, it’s Nokia 101 because of a micro sd card slot(for accuracy). The problem could be in battery. So just change it. The battery on this cellphone is BL-5C or BL-5CB doesn’t matter

I have had this phone for a couple of years and frankly speaking, it’s pretty shitty. Sound is good though
try bonking it a few times at all corners, something could be knocked loose
