I had the same problem with an older Nokia, a 6100. I used a standalone battery charger to recharge the removable battery. The charged battery was then able to power up the dead phone.

Could be a dead battery. I had the same problem with the same phone.

No, it’s Nokia 101 because of a micro sd card slot(for accuracy). The problem could be in battery. So just change it. The battery on this cellphone is BL-5C or BL-5CB doesn’t matter

The 101 accepts a second SIM, not a SD card.

Quite surprised, though I can't think of a practical use other than music files. This phone doesn't even have a camera or web browser.

I have had this phone for a couple of years and frankly speaking, it’s pretty shitty. Sound is good though

ann3onymous3

try bonking it a few times at all corners, something could be knocked loose

Change battery and see if it works

Have you tried a different charger & cable?
