I noticed they reorganized the path recently, splitting up the units so there are now more smaller ones. That could be part of it

I'm sure that's part of the update, but it doesn't explain why it has me skipping over the entire part where it teaches the past tense, you know? I'm wondering if maybe it recalculated where in the course to place me based on the test I took when I started the course back in January, because I suppose I am at roughly the right place for my actual Spanish knowledge in terms of grammar at least. Still, seems strange. Also, I just easily finished a lesson in section 4 unit 33 and then it jumped me all the way to unit 35, again pointing to it doing more of an evaluation of what I already know. Still, wish it let me have more of a choice in the matter. Vocab is a higher priority for me than grammar and I'm sure there's a bunch of that I've missed.

How many total units were available to you before? How many now? You may likely be in relatively the same area. They've been restructuring how many lessons are in each modules.

What do you mean by "available to you?" I hadn't unlocked section 4 yet before so I couldn't know how many units were in it but now I am in the middle of it. Within the stuff it has me skipping is the entire bit where it teaches the past tense. I am DEFINITELY not in relatively the same area. My best guess at this point is that it recalculated my starting point based on the test I took at the start of the course, because grammatically I am at an appropriate point for what I remember from high school I guess. If so it should have asked before moving me, because I was still growing my vocabulary and getting a good review from where I was before.
