Oh well. For the record I bought it. It's clear that the previous owner wasn't exactly gentle with it, but I've replaced the things that needed replacing and given it a good service, it's had a tough 2500kms so far, but it's in good hands now. I've already done 250kms on it and it's been faultless so far.
