Depends on the teacher and how blatant. If you finished 10 question quizzes in 10 seconds, you're much more likely to get flagged than if you finished them in 2 minutes
if ur finishing in like 2-4 mins they kinda raise an eyebrow but some r bold enough to say sum. it got to a point in class my teacher had to make sure i was staying in tests atleast 10 mins each if i finished early so id recommend taking atleast 7 mins and wait some times if u finish super fast.

Space out your time more. I know it’s annoying but I would sit for like 30 extra minutes just to make it look legit.
Mine you have to be logged onto zoom with your local teacher and be in their go guardian session to prevent cheating.
