Mirai Nikki is tied with Welcome to the NHK for my favorite anime ever. It's also literally the reason my name is Amber (I've probably posted this in like a dozen threads before but oh well haha: I was obsessed with Yuno when I was like 15, made an oc named Amber who was heavily inspired by her (I've changed her a lot since), and at 21 when my egg cracked, I literally couldn't imagine going by any name besides Amber and thus I am Amber)

At first I felt kinda awkward with using the name of a well established oc since all my friends are involved in the lore of her world, so I actually tried experimenting at first with making a dnd character named Lillian to see how I liked that name. From that experience, i learned nope... my name is 100% Amber, end of story, and 2. I really really really could confidently say I love being referred to as a girl (this was way b4 I came out to anybody and also served as confirming how I felt about being addressed as a girl)

Ye I made mine up for a morrowind character, really really liked it, so I took it and made it mine. It's unique and uses the same first letter so my initials are the same, and the short version of it is very common. I like having the option to go by something unique and pretty that I enjoy, rather than the biblical shit my parents gave me
