I’m always surprised by how low total peak usage can be. We’ve got a central heat pump, electric stove, electric ovens, multiple EVs, electric water heater, electric dryer etc and our all time record peak is ~83 amps. I can’t speak to what is allowable on a panel with a given rating but it seems like you could have a viable solution with reasonably sized systems; particularly if you pay attention to not maxing out every major electric appliance at the same time (which is frankly pretty easy).
Depends on the amp draw of each…add it up

If you have a smart meter on your home the utility should be able to provide you with whatever your current peak data is.
