GoodRX at SavOn was $23 for 30 pills. Very satisfied that my sexual function was normal after castration with external testosterone
Had my orchiectomy a little bit over 2 years ago. At first the erections with injections were great, but lately I have been shrinking a bit and now experiencing a bit of erectile dysfunction but nothing too terrible-I still get good erections when I try and have proper motivation. Lol
But also part of me wants a bit of shrinkage and part of me is a bit turned on by being limp, so I don't mind too much. Also a big part of me considers becoming a nullo. I still have a fairly large milky load from just my prostate which is nice.
I take estrogen blockers because at first, my body was converting a lot of the T to e to the point that it showed in my blood tests as higher than a typical/intact male.
All that to say-everyone's biology and body is different, so as the saying goes in the trans community, your mileage may vary.

I needed that with external testosterone giving 900-1100 ng/dl and aromatase converted too much to estrogen
