I am still in the angry phase. I check this subreddit everyday. I get frustrated when someone brings up anything related to Mormonism. I want to scream and tell them all the bad things about wrongdoings about. But I’m taking it one day at a time. I feel content with my relationships with LDS members. I am slowly becoming more to peace with my PIMO situation. Listening to music helps me be less angry. Im excited for the day I don’t check this subreddit. Or if someone brings up Mormonism, I just remember how it was part of my past. Excited for the day I go 1 week, hell even 1 day without thinking about Mormonism. It will happen one day. Beautiful song. John Lennons music helps me get through my days. Haven’t heard this song before but it resonates with me deeply

Some other songs that resonated with my post-Mormon world: Losing my religion: R.E.M. Shades of grey: Billy Joel Angry young man: Billy Joel Working Class Hero: John Lennon My wife had Tyler Glenn’s excommunication on a loop for a while. Music helps. Mormons missed the boat on this with their 100+ year old hymnal and archaic choir.
