I'm assuming also no dental intervention? Plaque -> gingivitis -> potential bone loss, together with tooth decay from cavities hitting deeper and deeper before setting into the pulp of your teeth, which then get infected. So your teeth both loosen and die internally, blacken, fall out/become brittle and eventually break apart, etc.

Dentist here. Cavities didn't really become as prevalent as they are until industrial manufacturing started incorporating excess sugar and carbs into cheap foods that were distributed widely. Don't get me wrong they still happened, but the modern diet has contributed greatly to an increase in cavities. So factoring in the modern diet, there is a high chance you would end up with cavities even as a child resulting in premature tooth loss and infections. Continuing into adulthood, you would end up with severe periodontal disease resulting in loose teeth that you would lose if the cavities didn't destroy the teeth first. You would most likely end up in dentures by your mid 30s, if not succumbing to a dental infection that could be potentially life threatening prior to your 30s.

Depends heavily on your diet. But for most modern diets, which tend to be high in sugars. They'd get lots of cavities and eventually would rot away before you hit old age.

They would grow green fur, then rot and start to fall apart until they were all gone, and you had to get dentures
