Same thing just happened to me. I was able to recover all of my other accounts except Facebook. There are actually class action lawsuits regarding their customer service, or lack there of. I created a new Facebook account and then added myself as a friend. The hacker sent me a message. I sent him $200 and he gave me my account back. I was nervous that I'd send the money and then he would just block me or something but I was lucky and he followed thru. I'd had my account for 20 years though and was desperate to regain access to all those photos. Good luck!!!
So, in a similar way, my Instagram account got hacked, all the login/contact info changed, and 2FA put up against me. I wasn't able to get far with IT'S recovery path.
I ended up getting my FB profile verified and was able to get on the phone with customer support there. They led me to make a IG help request from an alternate account I had made, which eventually helped me login and get my account back.
For you, I'd recommend opening a new FB page, getting verified ($15 a month unfortunately), and contact their customer support, which will eventually lead to a call with a representative. From there, I'm sure they can send you the direct codes (though it might take some time) for you to reset your password and login. IG has the face verification which helped me, though I don't know if FB has that.

When you eventually do put finger print protection on your settings including the fingerprint itself.
