B looks sick! It keeps the bear hide as the center piece and I don't think metal armor really fits the aesthetic here

I agree. I love the back of the rakshasa armor so was really hoping to make it work with the bear pelt, but the shadow militia just works better

I find the red on then a bit too bright. Not as dark as the red on the chestpiece. Minor difference but just bothers me. Would prefer a darker red or black pants/boots with as little metal as possible but struggling haha

B set to me is better because the fabric part keeps the aesthetic and wildness of the bear hide

B is so much better, the contrast and the overall barbarian vibe is better than just having pièces of the same color

A gives off the trapper hunter vibe better with the drake leggings which is what I think you were going for, so imo A
