Many issues and questions can be answered by reading through our wiki, especially the page on electrolytes. Concerns such as **intense hunger, lightheadedness/dizziness, headaches, nausea/vomiting, weakness/lethargy/fatigue, low blood pressure/high blood pressure, muscle soreness/cramping, diarrhea/constipation, irritability, confusion, low heart rate/heart palpitations, numbness/tingling, and more** while extended (24+ hours) fasting are often explained by electrolyte deficiency and resolved through **PROPER** electrolyte supplementation. Putting a tiny amount of salt in your water now and then is NOT proper supplementation. Be sure to read [our WIKI](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/index) and especially the wiki page on **[ELECTROLYTES](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/wiki/fasting_in_a_nutshell/you_need_electrolytes)** Please also keep in mind the [**RULES**](https://www.reddit.com/r/fasting/about/rules) when participating. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. i gotta preface here my caps lock is broken so sorry. at your age your metabolism should be crazy, so while i can't answer your question directly i would think you'd drop some crazy weight, you mention being a 5'0 damn so you're quite small too, i'm not gonna make any assumptions though so apologies if that's wrong but yeah it will also depend on your activity output, work out schedule etc. i also don't know your current weight or end goal, but your regime sounds pretty strenuous and so i would imagine you'll see some crazy result, especially if we're talking a 3 month period here.

Abysstreadr

THATS GREAT ADVICE. HEIGHT IS ALWAYS AN IMPORTANT METRIC TO INCLUDE WHEN FIGURING WEIGHT LOSS OUT. BTW LET ME KNOW IF YOU FIGURE ANYTHING OUT ABOUT FIXING ANY CAPS LOCK RELATED ISSUES. ITS NOT FOR ME BUT MY FRIEND WANTS TO KNOW.

Majestic_Opinion879

it’s crazy how this felt like you were yelling the whole time

Abysstreadr

I’m having trouble modulating THE VOLUME OF MY VOICE

hello ! Thank you for taking the time to write this idk my exact weight but anything around 150 lbs and I do not do any kind of exercise beside walking 10-15k steps a day

Socialinfluencing

np, so your weight is quite low as it is, so i'm not gonna act like i'm your mom or dad but wanna tell you that with your journey you'll will drop weight quite fast. so just monitor your health and make sure you're like feeling good and don't ignore things like brain fog or dizziness, your body will tell you when it's time to slow down a bit. you do more steps than i'm currently doing haha, and i should be doing about that so in my book that counts as a workout, cardio at the very least. keep beasting it, 3 months will be over before you know it and your goal will have been achieved.

wittttykitttty

Thank you very much that is so motivating to hear I obviously don’t do 15k steps everyday but I try my best Ive gained 35 lbs in a very short time due to unfortunate events in my life so knowing I can lose them back in 3 months is very liberating 🖤

swamp_donkey89

even shift doesn't work?

Sternenpups

Without knowing your weight, it's hard to guess. It can be anything from 5lbs to 50lbs.

wittttykitttty

more or less 150 lbs xx

Sternenpups

Based on your tdee from 1600kcal, it will be more or less 12lbs. Let's say a month has 30days, you fast for 3days and do a 1 day break (I used 1 day break to take your meal into equation). So you do that cycle 7.5 times per month. On those 3 days you burn 1600kcal x 3 = 4800kcal and that 7.5 timer per month = 36.000kcal. 1kg of fat equals 7000kcal, so we take the 36.000kcal and divide it by 7000kcal =~5kg or 11lbs. I like to calculate with the lowest number, so if you lose more you will be even happier. This number can also be higher, if you move during your fasting days, or have a busy job. Edit: so in 3 month it's about 30lbs, but that number can be lower, because with every pound you lose your tdee is getting lower.

wittttykitttty

Thank you very much for the detailed explanation Hopefully I’ll be able to lose 30 lbs by August but even if it’s lower I’ll be happy

whoamIdoIevenknow

Google projected weight loss. I found a site that will help you calculate it. I don't have time to check right now.

Majestic_Opinion879

i think this is what you were referring to, if not, i think it’s useful nonetheless [Water Fasting Calculator](https://fitnessvolt.com/water-fasting-calculator/)

whoamIdoIevenknow

I was actually referring to this one: https://www.pbrc.edu/research-and-faculty/calculators/weight-loss-predictor/. I don't water fat, my longest fast was 73 hrs. I wonder how similar the various ones are.

Britton120

A complete guess based on not a whole lot of info, rolling 72s should mean about 3-5lbs of weight loss per week, on the higher side if you're also doing exercise/walking on the regular. So in 3 months anywhere from around 40 to 60lbs, give or take a bit. I'd guess on the lower side due to your height, but if you have a lot to lose then it may be on the higher side.

wittttykitttty

This is very motivational to hear thank you so much
