I feel like I've been doing way too much shopping this season. :/ After 5 years of illness, body- and lifestyle changes and no shopping whatsoever, my wardrobe has been severely lacking in good options, especially summer clothes. For years I have been putting aside money for my clothing budget but never actually spending it, and this year I decided I was going to let myself buy whatever I want. I am really loving what's available in stores at the moment (very rare for me!) and it feels great to have a somewhat functioning wardrobe again, but something about buying so much at once gives me a slightly panicky feeling. Even though I know my own style really well I still worry about being too impulsive, and about the longevity of the pieces I am buying.

ive always been very self-conscious of my body and small boobs. i never wear stuff like this because of it, but i wanna try. could i wear these? some friends invited me to vacation with them and they wanna spend some time at the beach. i never do beaches/swimming pools, so it's kind of new to me. https://imgur.com/a/M5o9v3e

My boobs are even smaller than yours 😭 You look great. The cut of the brown one is more flattering I think (especially the back).

Today I did some packing for our family summer trip to somewhere tropical. I have gained about 10lbs since our last trip, and when I tried on all my swimwear/shorts, it gave me a huge reality check. My clothes do not fit like they used to. It just made me feel very unattractive :(

ugh body dysmorphia is the worst ): bodies change over time and i definitely don't fit into old clothes like i used to and we shouldn't expect to either! what's most important is that our clothes fit us comfortably and no one knows your size except for you :')

These are fabulous! Comfortable and fit well are worth a lot so I say keep them. I think these would look great with jeans and a solid color t shirt but I'm not the best person to ask because my style is pretty plain. But it could be a good way to gradually work your way to a dressier look.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts:)

I don't know where my text went i only see the photo, Hi, should I return these shoes or keep them.. with what do you think i can wear them and with what according to you ? I love leather and old style of shoes. At the moment i only have casual shoes so i had in mind to get something for occasional wear but I don't know i fear these might look funny in public. Please share your honest opinion. I haven't dressed up in ages because of depression and slowly coming back to good things again. I definitely don't want to look odd. These are 40 years old Italian leather and very comfortable and surprisingly fit my feet well. I usually have a hard time finding right size.
