That store definitely looks like the kind of place that also sells wine and liquor. Google says the average weight of a wine bottle is between 300 and 900 grams so it can add significant weight in comparison to the liquid.

Okay, a lot of commentary on this one, so I gotta weigh in.
We don't know what happened prior to recording. Guy in black attacks slug in white, and dominates him despite being drunk/stoned and no cardio. Store owner tries safely to get them to stop, and after his stuff starts getting wrecked, locks them in and likely alerts police. Guy in black, gassed and fucked up, pleads to be let go, claims other guy stole his money. Guy in white attempts murder with not one but two bottle cracks, then threatens murder, and retrieves means to commit and make good on threat. Guy seeing stars stands out of probably genuine fear for his life, goes night night.
So, some people say the bottle guy is the asshole because he lost the initial fight, came in with a weapon, sucker sized him, and KO'ed him then potentially tried doing it again. Thing is, it's a fight, so, no technical rules, and while it was dirty, he is fighting a guy that's clearly fucked up. Now, some also say he's an asshole thief...but all we have to go off of is the claim of the guy being his ass who's clearly inebriated in some way. Could he have stolen? Sure...in which case he deserved the ass beating, but ultimately the heel won by cheating. However, he could have been innocent, accused and accosted by a junkie/drunk, and been defending himself. If guy in black truly had his money stolen, he'd happily await the cops, right? After all, he could claim he was defending himself and was the victim of theft. Unless he fears being busted being wasted. So, we can't say who the heel and who the babyface is here. Shop owner, some are saying is a dick for trapping them in and letting the weapon/bottle assault, but, he couldn't have known that'd happen, and he did nothing wrong.
Only innocent guy in this is "Oh ShiT!" guy.
This is why you break a leg or arm before you leave your back turned. Anyone starts a fight with me and I'll give them a life long injury so they'll never forget not to fuck with strangers for no reason.
In some cases the store clerk could be held liable for kidnapping by not allowing him to the leave the store. Just because someone messes up your display doesn't mean you have the right to lock them in. Especially when that results in severe physical harm.

Okay, a lot of commentary on this one, so I gotta weigh in. We don't know what happened prior to recording. Guy in black attacks slug in white, and dominates him despite being drunk/stoned and no cardio. Store owner tries safely to get them to stop, and after his stuff starts getting wrecked, locks them in and likely alerts police. Guy in black, gassed and fucked up, pleads to be let go, claims other guy stole his money. Guy in white attempts murder with not one but two bottle cracks, then threatens murder, and retrieves means to commit and make good on threat. Guy seeing stars stands out of probably genuine fear for his life, goes night night. So, some people say the bottle guy is the asshole because he lost the initial fight, came in with a weapon, sucker sized him, and KO'ed him then potentially tried doing it again. Thing is, it's a fight, so, no technical rules, and while it was dirty, he is fighting a guy that's clearly fucked up. Now, some also say he's an asshole thief...but all we have to go off of is the claim of the guy being his ass who's clearly inebriated in some way. Could he have stolen? Sure...in which case he deserved the ass beating, but ultimately the heel won by cheating. However, he could have been innocent, accused and accosted by a junkie/drunk, and been defending himself. If guy in black truly had his money stolen, he'd happily await the cops, right? After all, he could claim he was defending himself and was the victim of theft. Unless he fears being busted being wasted. So, we can't say who the heel and who the babyface is here. Shop owner, some are saying is a dick for trapping them in and letting the weapon/bottle assault, but, he couldn't have known that'd happen, and he did nothing wrong. Only innocent guy in this is "Oh ShiT!" guy.
This is why you break a leg or arm before you leave your back turned. Anyone starts a fight with me and I'll give them a life long injury so they'll never forget not to fuck with strangers for no reason.

In some cases the store clerk could be held liable for kidnapping by not allowing him to the leave the store. Just because someone messes up your display doesn't mean you have the right to lock them in. Especially when that results in severe physical harm.
