Looking at the clip, this lady doesn’t seem to know what to do, so I’d guess that she isn’t a designated member of staff and should not have waded in, completely ineffectually, at all. She could have got hurt, or she could easily be cited as an aggressor by a student: “She grabbed me, really violently, and hurt my arm” etc.

One massive fight needed three police cars, a police van and a K9 unit to break up.
Stabbings were common for the pettiest of things as well.
When the school got rebuilt, there were three perimeter fences with CCTV at regular intervals and patrolling staff members. Almost every door was computerised and you needed a fob to move around the school buildings as well as enter and leave the buildings.
