Learn jiu jitsu if you’re the small guy, you can even win. I’m a blue belt, I’m around 200 lbs at 6 ft with low body fat so I’m pretty muscular but every once in a while a freaky sized dude like that will come in and at my size I’m able to consistently win against much larger opponents unless they have more training than I do. Even then I’ve gotten lucky more than once. I know for a fact I would’ve beaten this dude once it got to ground. For someone who doesn’t know jiu jitsu the position of the smaller guy probably seemed impossible, but one of the most basic concepts you learn is elbow/hip escapes, shrimping, whatever you call it, the ability to escape out from under an opponent. His size would’ve made it more difficult but not that much honestly if you’re doing it correctly.
My brother once said that he knew his limits; if someone came at him like this (where he’s the smaller one), he’d have no issue giving you a swift kick to the nuts (or punch) or using a gun. Thank god that has never happened, but I’ve realized that men sometimes avoid hitting another guy in the nuts or avoid fighting dirty because of some bullshit “bro code”. Nah man.
