I would suggest buying ng hiwalay na coffee, creamer, and sugar. I follow this "recipe" and works everytime. 1 tsp coffee, 2 tsp creamer, 2 tsp sugar.
Natuto ako magtimpla in her way.
Ngayon naman, we brew our own coffee using french press. :)
My body reacts to 3-in-1 coffee, sumasakit ulo ko jan or minsan yung tiyan ko sumasakit. Diy using black coffee pa rin, kahit yung stick preferred ko. 3-in-1 is sobrang taas mg sugar plus ang daming additives, itβs not really healthy
Not creamer, pero gatas ang gamit ko because I love milk and a love creamier coffee too. Halos pareho lang for me ang creamers eh or I don't pay much attention to them. Hopefully merong mag re-recommend later to answer your question.
Pag iced coffee naman since i'm lactose intolerant, bumibili ako ng oat milk. For me yun lang ang vegan alternative na ok sakin.
Goods parin ang nescafe for me. Pero kung gsto mo mag brewed coffee, look for arabica beans kasi it has a lesser caffeine content. Pero if bet mo mas matapang, yung robusta.
Coffee basics
Arabica: fruity flavor, less caffeine
Robusta: earthy flavor, more caffeine
Light roast: less bitter, longer steeping time
Dark roast: more bitter, less steeping time
Try mo hanapin yung blend na masarap sayo enjoy
Masarap yan.
I stopped consuming 3n1 nung nagka pre diabetes si mama. Nag gaganyan lang ako kapag no choice. Pero dito sa bahay timpla lang talaga. Much better talaga timpla kaysa 3n1. Aralin nalang yung perfect ratio for you :)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|grin)
And I will also want to try yung mismong giniling na kape at lagyan nalang ng gatas.
Invest in a french press if medyo kapos sa budget or drip coffees. You can find cheap coffee beans to use, mareregulate mo sugar na iintake ng katawan mo.I think some doctors that posts videos online already stated that instant 3-in-1 coffees are high in sugar content, even sugar free kuno sa packaging. Most likely sa creamer daw and iniiba nila yung description of sugar such as glucose and what not.
Grabe yung acid nya for me.
Hindi healthy ang 3-in-1 coffee, you're better off with black coffee or making your own mix with the base ingredients.Β
However, if you don't want to spend more for unhealthier coffee sa cafes (those sweet drinks are worse than 3-in-1), then iced 3-in-1 is the key.Β
You're better off buying them separately kesa 3-in-1. Surprise! Sa dami ng asukal ng 3-in-1 pala π€¦ββοΈ
What i do is bumibili ako ng kape na stick, yung mura, (great taste or nescafe) minsan i'll use the whole stick minsan kalahati. then I'll use mga 1-2 teaspoon gatas sa bahay and add a teaspoon or less na sugar. I prefer this way kasi kontrolado ko yung amount ng kape, creaminess, and of course yung sugar content. Let me know if this works for you.
Conditional yes: yes to instant coffee, no to 3-in-one. I want to control the amount of sugar (my preference is no sugar BTW) and occassional milk in my drink.
If kaya, buy a french press around 250-350 pesos ata? Then buy a pack of arabica beans around 350 to 400 depende saan ka bibili, plus have it grind to medium for french press. You can prepare your coffee and then mix it like how you want it to be. A pack of beans can last me 2-3 weeks as long as properly sealed lang talaga :)) Iβm not a fan of buying coffee anymore since ginagawa ko na sa bahay βdid saved me a lot of money naman.
Yes kung walang ibang choice and need a dose of caffeine. I love coffee. Nag invest talaga ako sa brewer and grinder and good quality beans (100% Arabica) and it changed my life.
Kung itong coffee ang usapan, yes this one is good lalo yung white version nito na sugar free rn. But i normally stay away from 3 in 1; mas bet ko yung ako magtitimpla, tsaka i like fresh milk on my coffee rather than yung creamer. Pero sympre to each his own.
Natry ko na tong San mig sugar free at in all fairness di nya ko napatulog, which is un ang goal hahaa.
My guess is nilalagyan nila ng some sort of coffee aroma ung mga 3in1 para mas masarap ang amoy.
yes, sa instant coffee before. this was when i was still a student up to my first job. eto yung kung anong kape meron sa bahay, yun lang din ang option. now that im older and lives alone, itβs a no-no na. what i use is coles decaf black coffee then equal sugar. yes, pricey talaga for better quality. yan pa lang kaya ko as of now but better than instant or even 3-in-1 kase planning na ako on buying quality french press then moving to brewer.
Pro tip : experience based and science wise.
Coffee, Creamer and Sugar.
Turns out some of the sweeteners may cause constipation and alzheimers [https://www.prevention.com/health/a60672537/artificial-sweeteners-may-damage-gut-health-study/](https://www.prevention.com/health/a60672537/artificial-sweeteners-may-damage-gut-health-study/)

only the sugar free coffee was the change in diet and lifestyle I made in that period
I suggest you buy instant coffee, creamer, and sweetener of your choice then formulate the ratio (by weight) to your liking. Then premix in bulk. Just get a scooper that would suffice for a mug. That way you'd be saving more while having the convenience of 3-in-1 coffee for most of the time (since you'd still be mixing in bulk from time to time but not as frequent). It would just be hard initially because you wouldnt get the right ratio the first time but once you get it, it would be worth it.
sugar free sya and i checked the ingredients sa likod at zero sugar nga pero bat sobrang tamis pa rin? also, grabe tama nito sa akin nagkaka palpitate ako hahaha
I stopped drinking 3in1 coffee last year lang, mas ok daw kasi creamer/milk+coffee+little sugar na lang kesa sa ganyan.
I like 3-in-1 instant coffee cos the tradeoff is clear. You get sub-par mid coffee in a minute without needing anything else but hot water. It's just a matter of convenience vs flavor, and most of the time I choose the former.
My go-to is Kopiko Brown.
i love kopiko brown before, had to switch to black coffee (sometimes with sugar and creamer) since majority of my friends and family are now diabetic.
My doctor suggested to take less sugar. Thatβs when i started buying βsugar freeβ products. One of it is this coffee. I was glad they have this option sa coffee, i think this (SanMig) is the only one that offers sugar free, sa SM lang ako bumibili. Pero reading the comments rn. I think i need to switch again sa black. π₯Ή
Unhealthy dahil maraming sugar pero itβs still a yes for me. Hahaha. Very convenient kasi iprepare ang 3-in-1 tapos affordable pa. Kopiko Black lang ako.
If usapang 3-in-1, yes... but not Filipino-made instant coffee (Great Taste, Nescafe, Kopiko local, etc.)... Honestly, I find a lot of our brands too sweet for my liking. Old Town Coffee (Less Sugar) or Gold Kili for me...
Old town is good.
For Nescafe, meron silang isang product na hindi available in PH. Hazelnut yung flavor. Have you tried?
ITS A NO ... ganito gawin mo
Nescafe gold 2 tspoon then 2 tablespoon milk and brown or muscovado sugar para Healthy ... Lagay sa well sealed ba container then shake.
Pour it in a 1/2 cup of milk with ice and enjoy!
Madaming chemical ang 3 in 1
Nope! I prefer brewed over instant. I always experience acid reflux sa instant coffee. Tapos ang creamer ko evap/fresh milk/oat milk then I pair it with condensed milk. I swear hindi matamis. It's like you're having a Spanish Latte.
You can have condensed milk lang, you have Vietnamese Coffee na haha. Sometimes I use the Milk Magic Brown Sugar Milk only ang sarap sa kape. For mocha naman, gamit ko Oatside Chocolate Milk name.
Na-excite naman ako sa lahat ng possibilities. Imma pray that magawa ko ito lahat on my own. I tried these coffee in Lawson, ang tamiiiiis π
Pero yes, i will try and make these. You made it seem so easy hehehehe π
A straight NO. Before yes, but only once but sometimes twice a day. But i quit already and it's not beneficial in our health. I switched to tea already but i do drink coffee but not all the time.
Yes to tea. I used to swtich to tea pero ayun bumalik pa rin ako sa kape kasi hinahanap ng dila ko. Any tea reco? π€π€ i have tried english breakfast ba yun? Tapos yung lipton. I also have yung biofit tea when i want to poop the next day ππ
Green Tea is better than all other types of teas because of antioxidants. You can try the Coles Brand which can buy on SM Supermarket, Hypermarket and sometimes Savemore. This brand is an imported one and much cheaper than Lipton. Biofit Tea is not bad which can help lose unnecessary body fat if you also include proper diet and exercise.
NO! it is true that pre-packaged 3-in-1 coffee often contains a significant amount of sugar. If you prefer to control the amount of sugar in your coffee, buying coffee, creamer, and sugar separately allows you to customize the sweetness to your liking. This way, you have more control over the ingredients and can make healthier choices if desired.
I really miss 'yung 4-in-1 Alicafe with power root na nasa silver/grey packaging, didn't have any sugar and tasted great. Pero phased out na yata, can't find it anywhere. Puro may asukal na lang 'yung natira.
When I was in my early 20s, I drank 3in1 coffee. Tapos nag transition ako to mixing my own coffee, creamer, sugar. I realized tumaba ako cause of the creamer & sugar, so I switched to black coffee yung nescafe or nescafe gold. Then later on, I switched to brewed coffee and espresso na. Lol. Mas masarap talaga ang black! βοΈ
π Oh, jiva!
best todo is buy trung nguyen coffee at condense milk or other pref milk. suggest ko start ka sa trung nguyen I or sangtao 4 pero if pref mo stonger Go for S version. bili kalang cheap Phin coffee. dapat slow lang yung drip nang coffee mo para masarap. add water to dilute or more ice. need lang patience worth it naman mangangamoy coffee shop kwarto mo or bahay nyo.
2 teaspoons coffee powder or 1 teaspoon kapag inihalo sa lumamig na brewed coffee, 1 tablespoonful condensada, 1 teaspoon or less brown sugar, mix together shake with ice and vanilla extract and pour in your glass or you can sprinkle cinnamon powder on top. Enjoy
Havent tried their 3-in-1 pero yung kopiko na nasa bote, kopiko 75 ata yun, yun yung madalas kong iniinom dati. Good days πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
No. Binawalan kami ng family doctor namin na ganyan yung kape namin. High sugar content daw kasi siya. Kaya we resorted to buying separate coffee, creamer and sugar.
I like filtered coffee too kasi mas fresh and crisp ang taste niya para sa kin.
If kaya mo, op, no to instant. I gained so much weight and grabe yung withdrawal ko nung tumigil ako. Hahahaha actually kung di pa ako in-acid ng malala baka di pa ako tumigil. Pero ayun, if you can, wag sana instant. Hehehehe
Hot or iced!!! The bomb!!!!! π₯
I prefer my coffee black no sugar no creamer. French press if walang dripper/coffee maker and local coffee grounds lang talaga, pag wala nescafe stick yung black lang, 2 sticks for 1 cup. I prefer my coffee bitter and strong.
Ang bango niyan. Lalo ung strong. Use a small coffee cup, konti lang yung laman ng sachet.
Comments be like, make your own! That has sugar!
Comment muna before tignan ung photo na it's san mig sugar free coffee. *facepalm*

San Mig Sugar free walang asukal. Malto lang
Malto is a form of sugar π I used to make 3in1 coffee before, di talaga healthy ang 3in1
Sa ganito ako lumaki.. coffee mate is layp
Same, i have my own timpla per mug.
sakin 1-2-3 1tsp cofee, 2 for sugar, 3 for creamer
Not creamer, pero gatas ang gamit ko because I love milk and a love creamier coffee too. Halos pareho lang for me ang creamers eh or I don't pay much attention to them. Hopefully merong mag re-recommend later to answer your question.
actually masarap talaga pag gatas yung gamit, instead of creamer.
Pag iced coffee naman since i'm lactose intolerant, bumibili ako ng oat milk. For me yun lang ang vegan alternative na ok sakin.
Reco coffee?
Nescafe gold is still the best imo.
Goods parin ang nescafe for me. Pero kung gsto mo mag brewed coffee, look for arabica beans kasi it has a lesser caffeine content. Pero if bet mo mas matapang, yung robusta.
Coffee basics Arabica: fruity flavor, less caffeine Robusta: earthy flavor, more caffeine Light roast: less bitter, longer steeping time Dark roast: more bitter, less steeping time Try mo hanapin yung blend na masarap sayo enjoy
Thank you so much!!! π akala ko basta kape, okay na hihi.
Thanks! I will look into it.
Masarap yan.
I stopped consuming 3n1 nung nagka pre diabetes si mama. Nag gaganyan lang ako kapag no choice. Pero dito sa bahay timpla lang talaga. Much better talaga timpla kaysa 3n1. Aralin nalang yung perfect ratio for you :)![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|grin)
And I will also want to try yung mismong giniling na kape at lagyan nalang ng gatas.
Sorsogon kami.
galing ako ng blanca at kakaswitch kolang ngayon..mas malasa nga yung pagka kape nya
noooo, pati ihi mo amoy kape haha
Hmm. I will go with UCC instant.
+1 sarap ng UCC Salted Caramel! π₯Ήπ©·
where po ba yan mabibili? same taste lang sya ng SB instant coffee?
Sana magkaroon sila ng sugar free variant. Medyo mataas sugar level for me
Hi! :)
Nescafe meron na din, pero mas masarap for me itong san mig
No for hot. Pero the way you prepared it for iced, mukhang masarap
Thank you thank you. I enjoyed this version kasi hapon ako uminon. πππ
No milk? π₯Ή

Great Taste granules yung meron dito sa bahay + condensed milk. Yun lang lagi timpla ko hehe mas okay with ice. Okay lang naman instant coffee eh hehe
+1 sa great taste granules hehe
San Mig Strong rin ang favorite ko after years of Kopiko Strong.
Grabe yung acid nya for me.

Same po! From 3-in-1 to nescafe stick/great taste granules, birch tree at asukal. Around feb, nag stop na ako sa sugar so kape at gatas na lang.
Yass! great taste at birch tree gamit ko. Good for uu. I don't drink coffee often kasi magbbonding nanaman kami ng cr pag nagkataon. π

black coffee no sugar lover since highschool ako. now i'm 34 yrs old , yan kasi kape ng lolo at lola ko. sumalangit nawa.

Nescafe Gold, no sugar or creamer. Just pure black coffee but I'm looking for a good french press to make my own black coffee.

perfect ratio for me (before): 1 stick nescafe red, 1 teaspoon creamer, 1 teaspoon sugar now: black coffee

I am strictly a black coffee drinker, ie. Great Taste Premium or Granules, Nescafe Classic, etc.. The 3-in-1 coffee mixes are too sweet.
Havent tried great taste yet. I will try soon! Thank you for recommending π€π€
Old town is good. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ For Nescafe, meron silang isang product na hindi available in PH. Hazelnut yung flavor. Have you tried?
Haven't tried that Nescafe variant yet... But will surely be searching for that online... :)
ITS A NO ... ganito gawin mo Nescafe gold 2 tspoon then 2 tablespoon milk and brown or muscovado sugar para Healthy ... Lagay sa well sealed ba container then shake. Pour it in a 1/2 cup of milk with ice and enjoy! Madaming chemical ang 3 in 1
Ayan, mukhang madaling gawin ito. Salamat salamat. Gagawin ko ito. π€π€π€
Also buy Starbucks vanilla syrup para perfect add 2 tblspn din hehehe
nescafe black stick. top tier, depende nalang sa pagtimpla kung medj bitter yung gusto. nescafe gold, highly reco though pricey siya.
I tried these coffee in Lawson, ang tamiiiiis π Pero yes, i will try and make these. You made it seem so easy hehehehe π
Sarap maging bahayrista hahaha I got the idea in watching YouTube. Watch Chao Coffee and Tea she gives coffee recipes
Nescafe Gold + 1tsp sugar + Milk = heaven
Naamoy ko yung kape while reading this πππβοΈ
Paboritong kape namin mag-asawa.. lalo yung white nito..
Apir! Ako rin ππ€£
I loved that one before, but now I really love the real coffee thing.

I prefer this to coffee from outside. Itβs my favourite.
Cant live without it
I really miss 'yung 4-in-1 Alicafe with power root na nasa silver/grey packaging, didn't have any sugar and tasted great. Pero phased out na yata, can't find it anywhere. Puro may asukal na lang 'yung natira.
Havent tried this. Sayang. But this can be a great idea for business π€π€π€π€
instant - yes 3in1- no
masarap yung white crema
Starbucks coffee kc sure ka fresh coffee. Yung prepared ba sa 7/11 ok din. Masarap.
Yes! Malasa and sobrang bango nya
No na muna kasi tumaas blood sugar ko dyan
Di ba meron 'tong no sugar? Still not okay 'yun? 'Yun yung iniinom ko huhu
Oo. Sugar free nakalagay.
No... puro asukal
Hard no
When I was in my early 20s, I drank 3in1 coffee. Tapos nag transition ako to mixing my own coffee, creamer, sugar. I realized tumaba ako cause of the creamer & sugar, so I switched to black coffee yung nescafe or nescafe gold. Then later on, I switched to brewed coffee and espresso na. Lol. Mas masarap talaga ang black! βοΈ
I hope my dila realizes this soon. I still crave for sweet coffee kasi. π₯Ήπ₯Ήπ₯Ήππ
No to any 3 in 1.
NO!
π Oh, jiva!
Same. Sige sige, i need to change my coffee. Tamang-tama last sachet na yung today.
best todo is buy trung nguyen coffee at condense milk or other pref milk. suggest ko start ka sa trung nguyen I or sangtao 4 pero if pref mo stonger Go for S version. bili kalang cheap Phin coffee. dapat slow lang yung drip nang coffee mo para masarap. add water to dilute or more ice. need lang patience worth it naman mangangamoy coffee shop kwarto mo or bahay nyo.
Vietnamese coffee ito ano? Sige google ko where to buy these things. Thanks for recommending π€π€π€
no un healthy af
For me hindi masarap.
Taas baba siguro hahaha
β drink coffee in the morning for energy βοΈ drink coffee in the morning for the morning dump
Me too π€
Di na ako umiinom ng 3 in1 coffee. Puro asukal yan
No for me.
Enjoy
and a pinch of salt makes a difference
Instant syempre par HAHAHA KOPIKO BROWN NGA LAMANG AKIN haha
Havent tried their 3-in-1 pero yung kopiko na nasa bote, kopiko 75 ata yun, yun yung madalas kong iniinom dati. Good days πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Fav namin yan!!Β
Eto ang hindi pwede mwala twing umaga
Sugar free pero natatamisan pa din ako
UCC black try mo. Kape na laxative pa. π
No. Binawalan kami ng family doctor namin na ganyan yung kape namin. High sugar content daw kasi siya. Kaya we resorted to buying separate coffee, creamer and sugar.
No to instant coffee in general pero minsan kine-crave ko yung Kopiko Blanca hehe
I like filtered coffee too kasi mas fresh and crisp ang taste niya para sa kin.
Hmmmm used to drink this before pero nung natikman ko UCC yun na naging to go coffee ko π
If kaya mo, op, no to instant. I gained so much weight and grabe yung withdrawal ko nung tumigil ako. Hahahaha actually kung di pa ako in-acid ng malala baka di pa ako tumigil. Pero ayun, if you can, wag sana instant. Hot or iced!!! The bomb!!!!! π₯
Yea to soluble coffee. Not really a fan of mixes or 3-in-1.
*facepalm*
'Yun nga eh, hindi pa rin ba ok 'yung no sugar ng sanmig?? Still bad pa din? Eto iniinom ko
Apparently no daw. πππ they add other sweeteners as alternative. Maybe itβs time to train my dila to stay with black coffee π©π₯Ή
