Charlie_Approaching

....for some reason now I want to see the next Fallout game in Florida where locals treat Deathclaws like puppies

Substantial-Tone-576

Yoink!

TiniestMouse73

I understood this reference

CulturedCal

It’s the gatorclaws you gotta worry about

TheSarcaticOne

If FEV does that to an Iguana, I don't want to know what it does to a gator.

chubbyhighguy

From what I saw it was multiple species spliced and shoved into an iguana with the FEV but yeah, fuck that. Plus gatorclaws are in fallout 4 nuka world dlc.

Iceman_Pasha

We have a good idea with the Nuka World Gatorclaws.

Jigen_Ryoko

Every NPC is either hostile or crazy.

T-51_Enjoyer

Gatorclaws

PpicaroO

That would honestly be awesome

VexTheTielfling

You mean you want to see how florida dealt with the nuclear wasteland?

Charlie_Approaching

I mean, yeah, but that's how people in Florida will handle the Deathclaws right?

Laser_3

The best I can do is offer Appalachia, where scorchbeasts and the various cryptids do in fact make deathclaws look like chumps.

partyinplatypus

I hope cryptids are brought into the future games. They are my favorite new addition to fallout from 76

Laser_3

They’re definitely fitting for Appalachia (and devils over in AC), but I’m not sure how they’d work in other regions. At most, there would just be one, maybe two, cryptids.

partyinplatypus

That's all we'd need. As a Southerner I'd love to see a Skunk Ape, White Thang, or Altamaha-ha if we had a game down here.

Teanerdyandnerd

Death laws would be treated like annoying dogs, the puppies would be gatorclaws

raptor11223344

I heard someone talk about how the next Fallout game needs to take place in Memphis partially because gator claws… partially because the BBEG needs to be a self proclaimed god who lives atop the Bass Pro Shops pyramid

Charlie_Approaching

so basically mr House but insane?

raptor11223344

More like Caesar but insane, but yes.

totalwarwiser

There was an npc in Fallout 2 which had a deathclown to harvest eggs. I look at deathclawns from Fallout New Vegas and they look like the devil itself.

Charlie_Approaching

Shit you're right, Australia then

Sinclair555

Bro is dressed like Arthur Morgan

Sariff22

“Arthur, we need more caps in order to get to Tahiti” - Dutch Van Der Linde

Tyler827

"One last chip Arthur, and we're out"

PossiblyaSpy950

Wouldn't that make the deathclaw cain? (Jacks dog)

callmedale

That’s weird? The NCR radio said it was the Khans who had those.

Nobutto

It’s a mod, think it’s Freeside populated or something like that

AngryCanadianBeaver

I have 642 mods active, I didn't know which one it was it caught me off guard

ImpressiveGopher

And your game runs?

[deleted]

On hopes and dreams. The new Vegas way

Immediate_Wrap_5371

What are your mods to make the game look this good?

martijnftw

It's called New Vegas Reloaded. It redoes the whole shader system. It's performance intense though, so don't use it with a low end GPU. Its a single mod. Although I suggest you install a user made preset like Heliosnvr alongside it. The info:https://dlpnd.github.io/nvr-wiki/ You need to download it from their discord under nightly builds https://discord.com/invite/gBHAAA7P

AngryCanadianBeaver

\^ this Also just compounded with a bunch of texture mods like NMC's, Physically Based Collections, Armor retex etc... It's very stable surprisingly

AliKebabiAlHabibi

Stupid question, but how do I install a user made preset?

martijnftw

Couple ways, for heliosnvr it is a separate mod that you install below newvegasreloaded. For others it can be just the toml files changes.

yeetyeetpotatomeat69

*Next fallout game set in Florida. Miami is a huge settlement. You walk into it for the first time and see a man with a deathclaw on a leash* "What da hell going on in Miami bruh!?"

narsfweasels

“Wessibbe!”

7thPanzers

It’s freeside baby

DudeWithRootBeer

Obviously, that guy has necessary perk to tame a Deathclaw. Good lad, making use of mutated Mother Nature.
