Well I didnt read it all but I see what you are getting at. Basically every Bethesda (including NV) main character is a super being but I'm going to personally include this into my head canon: Sole Survivor is the only person that was given FEV and remained human looking. No evidence for this, I'm just going to be Captain America from now on.
Personally, for FNV, my headcanon is that the brain damage helped the courier. I mean, the person has to be built from the ground up again (literally) but that brain damage shut off nerve centers, made the courier able to handle damage that would be fatal. Benny unknowingly created a superhuman by accident. I mean shit, the entire plot line of FNV revolves around the choices of one entirely unstoppable human who used to just be a mailman.
Depending on your choices your courier could be more machine than man by the end of the game with all the implants you can get plus what happens at the Big MT.
Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn is able to push a train car full of rubble with nothing but her bare hands and core leg strength despite having a slender gymnast’s physique and weighing *maybe* 120lbs tops. No FEV in her world, she’s just a protagonist.
Protagonists do crazy stuff.
Saw the world strongman competition on the Telly a few years ago, they were taking turns dragging a 44,000 lbs private jet.

i think you may have had one too many chems when weaving this theory together.
The jet will make you jittery

It is the age of the super mutant!
Super minus mutant.

You know who would come up with that kind of theory, OP? A synth, that's who.
Welcome to every game protagonist ever...
holy shit
The title is the tldr
Survival mode helps a little for what it’s worth. You feel far more vulnerable and fragile.
Ok.
If you're right then it would explain how blitz is an actual thing lmao.

Surprisingly, you probably could too. It’s somewhat easy to get a rail car moving.

I don’t even care why anymore, my character is a supe, and that’s that.
