I have a couple ls double barrels. I don't think they trade very well. I don't know if I have an instigating or not (yeah I don't. both of mine are bloodied) and I haven't seen one drop in a good while. but ls drops on double barrel.

With cold shoulder existing there's really not a better shotgun other than maybe gauss. There's no reason for double barrel shotguns to trade with cold shoulder around

I have a Quad Last Shot Reload Assaultron Head. It crits for over 10k with like no investment. Not very functional, but it would be cool if I could use it to 3 shot bosses (bosses have 30k HP). I heard it's bugged and doesn't do what it's supposed to in terms of actual damage vs. displayed numbers. I haven't tested it too much, but I did finish what should be a max DPS build for it and got some consumables, too. Imma try it on all three and see how she do.

...I feel like that was the to go to for black powder weapons back in the day. I also might be suffering from severe brain damage from the game randomly smacking me in the teeth for ghost damage.

I used to have a Two-Shot … Last shot M79 grenade launcher….. it was beautiful. And worth a small fortune.

I have a two shot last round assaultron head. Last round effect now is a 25% chance and while equipped, I can watch the damage number in my pipboy go back and forth as it tries to figure out what it wants to do.

I think it could work with Double Barrel shotgun. You get 2 shot first, which is Instigate, and second is Last Round. I used to have bloodied/last shot effect on a double barrel shot gun, but I sold it a long time ago. I don't know if it is still possible nowadays.

Um, instigating ticks off the target HP being full, *not* you shooting the 1st bullet in a full clip.

'First shot' meant to refer to the target being fresh and at full HP. I do know how it works, just not how to type it, apparently.

It was available to drop in game for about 2 days before they patched it. I actually got to use it once as a friend had one. For cremator, consecutive and gourmands are the only two I really would want. And some stacking DOT damage because it doesn’t exist..

I rolled executioner on my cremator first time. Never been happier. One shot and watch them burn.

I might have to test my luck once I gather enough stars to sell. Since eviction stopped popping up frequently my stash has been a bit barren.

I used to love Furious weapon effects, so I think that a Quad, Furious, Faster Fire Rate on an automatic weapon would be an absolute beast.

A Gatling plasma with an actually working Double or Quad effect (as they didn't work with the effect), explosive, and 90% reduced weight as the legendary effects.

Make it either the harpoon gun (if using fo4 and fully customized damage should be sitting at 268 base plus like 54 radiation damage) if the sane can be reached in 76 (I'm only lvl 15 since hopping back onto the game) then using the bow perks, you should in theory 1 to 2 tap a mirelurk queen on a critical. I do know I have 1 tapped a behemoth with just a explosive harpoon gun with Irradiated on it.

The chain lightning effect of a Tesla Rifle for the bullets of my Lever Action. Like...the bullet consequtively hits multiple enemies (chaining). That's it already. Overpowered enough, both damage and xp collection are massively increased.
