I have just fixed the issue :) It was just a bug I was experiencing in the server I was on. Had been on it for ages tbh and refreshing it brought it all back up!
Welcome to the grind. As you roll for your preferred prefix, consider hanging on to good rolls for overeaters, troubleshooters, mutant slayers, and assassins. They are all great sets to use for expeditions and DOs. You can make them ultra-lite and they take up very little stash space.
I think secret service has it's own category in the armor bench menu. Is it possible that it's just off the page and you have to scroll down to see the category. As long as you learned at least one helmet, torso or limb, you should see the category.

Yeah, plenty. I’ve been saving them up specifically for the SS armour ;-;
Maybes try hopping server/restarting game and seeing if that helps.

No :( It was just the bog standard SS armour plans that I got for 750 bullion each. I think I’ve unfortunately run myself into a bug
750? Last time I both them each piece was no less than 1000 are you sure it was the actual armor
Normally, arms and legs are 750 each. Chest is 1250. So that’s 4250 total.

I thought they were 1500 at vault 79 and Minerva sold them at 750
If an item is normally 1,000, and they bought it from minerva, the price will be 750.
I forgot to mention the other prices :) I spent around 5000-ish bullion after grinding it for a long time. I just remember one plan being 750 bullion.

That happened after I server hopped and I thought the issue was still happening, but this time it’s fixed itself! :)
