Appearently closing the Scoreboard early was a mistake. And Bethesda has reached out on Discord with instructions on how to contact customer support for unclaimed rewards. There is another thread in this sub with more detailed information on how to contact customer support.

this is normally the response to someone who posts complaining, not a pre-emptive salvo fired before people complain....so I'm curious why you're setting yourself up for a heap of scorn? particularly since they apparently ended the scoreboard early so folks who might have rightly tried to get their rewards couldn't.

If you know you need to do something before a certain time or else consequences, and you don't do that something before the set time and consequences happen, you kinda can't complain. 😅
For the past month? Bunch of entitled children if you waited till the 11th hour and are crying now. Maybe if it's babies first MMO and youve never seen pre patch days ever, but they've announced for weeks it was closing so and the season was months long.
