Great photo, but ... these are ingredients for Gyros, except flat bread. Now you need to wrap it up and eat with your hands. If you eat with knife and fork ... even spoon ... i am sure some Greek goddess will put a curse on you :)
looks a bit more like toum to me which is a very powerful sauce compared to tsatziki so you don't need as much
edit: i take it back it looks like tzatsiki and indeed it is not enough

Oh don’t you worry, I stuffed as much as I could into every flat bread! Now… it is I who is stuffed.
Btw .... Gyros is ... never mind ... you had real stuff, not kebab that everyone think Gyros is. That is enough :) Hope it was delicious :)
It was, I ate it in Rhodes so I’m definitely banking on it being the real stuff! It was amazing
