Yes the actual latch that is internal to the mechanism is broke because it’s plastic. Mine did the same thing when people pulled on it too hard and let it basically slam back in. You’ll have to replace it which is pretty easy to do, just have to take the door cover off and the part itself ranges from $20 to $40

Mine opened if I pulled the door handle and unlock at the same time it will open
So it closes now just fine but i can’t get it to open from the inside, it’s still loose

Sometimes if you pull the unlock with the door handle it will open
Second this, idk if mine was messed up the same way but pulling the unlock with it gave me like 6 more months before it broke entirely.
Yeah you see I had this happen, now I just roll the window down to open haha

It's like a 30$ piece of plastic at the store. 30min fix pop off door panel. Install. Pop back on
Hold open the handle on the inside and pull the lock to open the door. Downside is now the door won’t lock
I replaced the latch and my door still wont lock,ive been told its my actuator apparently
It’s broken, if you grab the lock and handle at the same time it’ll open.
Common problem. Get the part off eBay for $15 or so and fix it yourself. Lots of YouTube videos.
It's the handle part itself that breaks, used to see it a lot at the dealership. Relatively simple fix and not super expensive.

Try pulling the handle and door lock toward you at the same time
Check the exterior handle make sure it's not jammed open somehow (even a little bit) if it's not quite flush it will not let the inner handle close
