The red bull clearly sucks at tyre warmup and Perez is arguably the worst on the grid at heating up tyres, when its cold and miserable, this is what happens.
Perez has had 4 years to prove he's capable to be in Redbull and he's failed everyone. people gave him a pass in 2021 because it was his first year, at this point its time to move on.
Kvyat only got the boot because they needed to get Max in the RBR ASAP. Marko did give him another chance at AT though, he just didn't deliver.
Gasly was not willing to play the No.2 role and was causing drama behind the scenes. He wanted RBR to make adjustments to the car to suit his driving style. RBR obviously didn't want to that because they only cater to Max.
Albon accepted the doormat role but i would argue that bringing Checo in when he became available was the right thing to do. He didn't extract the full potential of the 2021 RBR but he played a huge role in the championship battle between Max and Lewis.
The weird thing is that Checo kept getting worse and worse as the seasons progressed. He was decent in 2021. He is now considered to be among the worst drivers on the grid in 2024. How the fuck does that happen?
