I chose logi life because i afk a lot :D when im in game i also usually tend to my kids or take calls from work.
Ive stayed in logi and foxhole for a long time because of FMAT i would've quit after my first couple of hundred hours if i didnt fit in FMAT. I have mild social anxiety and people in FMAT knows i dont use my mic that much due to that it sucks and secretly i really dont like talking to people. But yeah the culture and focus of FMAT gave me a good sense of community in the game.

Always mpf either gas grenades, harpas or malones for the small arms as these weapons will stop infantry better than any other rifle.
Same with rpg and arcrpgs, and their launchers cutlers + bonesaw
Im a big fan of the gravekeeper for cheaper anti tank vic.

This is a good list. As a note: make sure you ratio weapons to ammo properly. I can't tell you how many times I found cutlers/bonesaws but no RPGs/arcrpgs,
1 crate of bonesaws to 1 crate of RPGs might be balanced but invariably you get somebody who mpfs Bonesaws and then makes 2 crates of ARCrpgs in the factory.
sadly i cant join ops that much because i live in the night cap timezone so when im online its usually just 2-3 fmat people who are also online and we're mostly trying to stomp out different fires.

Run fuel. Always have some diesel in your refinery queue and when you see empty or near empty fuel trucks refill them. Most probably you can manage a couple of fuel trucks. When the mines are always running it usually speeds up logi in a region since there's an abundance of additional salvage. Also you can use the same salvage to refill your diesel
Yeah I've thought about that but the big thing with doing random fuel is I don't want people to rely on it, cause then no one else does it when I'm gone cause they expect it. I like to pop in to help but then pop out. I guess full fuel truck lots are a good idea?
Nah people will always do it if its needed. But yeah fuel truck lots is also a good idea. Basically anything that you can do quick meaning no pulling from public stockpiles. Like using your personal refinery and dropping bmats and emats in factories&mpf just bmats in garage and shipyards

I usually start my game sessions in a backline region to check whats made by fmat in the mpf, if there's a lot then i grab a shipping container to clear it out and dump it in our stocplile. Then i look at our stockpile and check what we are lacking and if im feeling productive i would make the daily mpf order in the discord. If not i just make my own mpf queue and maybe cook some shirts + other things in the factory until i get bored.
If there's nothing critical i need to do at the backlines i usually go to a frontline that i decide to support/supply. I usually get the feel for the battle that is happening whether they really need logi or just more builders or even a scavenger (best way to logi). But yeah that's how i supply frontline bases if there is no need for shirts and or bmats. i run around in the frontlines and see what the weapons the enemy is using.
Basically Leadership makes us a list of items that need to be produced in the MPF on our discord.
EX: Blake row x5
7.62 x5
Fiddler x5
9mm x5
So each item needs 5 full queues in the mpf, clan members react to the post with the emoji icon of the item to show that they placed an order for that item.
Priority is usually from top to bottom in the list.
I did stuff like this before joining FMAT, your best bet is sticking to a few items and not deviating from them. Be the guy that always has shirts, loughcasters, 7.62, and Bmats rather than the guy that’s always scrambling to cater to everything the front asks for. Deviating too far from making those core items en mass only leads to burnout city, trust me.
Edit: also very important, learn what is oversupplying and what isn’t. General rule of thumb, 2k bmats in a bb or th/relic, up to 4K if under heavy artillery fire. No more than 150 of any gun and no more than 300 of that ammo type. 100 shirts is low, 300 is absolutely full and often times not necessary to hit that number, shoot for 200.
Really depends on where you are and what you like to do. Ultimately think of the bmats. Never under estimate the power of dropping 311 crates of bmats to a port with a factory. Then you can just convert your bmats there to other useful stuff.
Last war I was mostly at Callum's Cape. I decided to help by making a small base around Scout Jest and the savage mine to protect it for partisans, keeping it fueled. I also developed an obsession to keep the roads lighted with watchtowers (along with other ppl that replaced the ones that decayed). ¿Was it wise to spend bmats on those towers and bases to protect logi or maybe was I suffering pstd from partisans?
Yes either making obs bunkers or WT spam greatly helps everyone not just logi. Those unsupplied WT are an ok investment bmat wise. Only issue is rebuilding /repairing them after some time

If it's anything, the towers really gave a sense that there were active people in the region. And we did have the occasional tourist.

People who have the Victory-war 30/32 role is 76. We convert a war 93 active role into a victory role when we win so those are the number of people who chose that role, but it can be anyone who are part of the regiment. Mostly i feel that there's 20-30 people active.
For War 93 Before the end of the war we had around 5k of non material crates (no bmats,emats,rmats & hemats) lying around
Look at clans that are operating in your preferred area. You can interact with them before actually joining and see if you vibe well with them.
You can always choose to leave one if you don't like them

It cant be easily prevented, if it happens we're actually very good at changing our stockpile codes and restricting access to higher ranks in the discord. We have a back up supply of bmats and basics in a officer only stockpile if that happens and we can usually rebound after a day. Its the only thing we do so we usually dont get fazed by it.
We rarely give crates straight to clans. We would either submit our crates to Bases or just dump them to public in the midline or frontline depot/port.
There would be some request of "hey FMAT do you have spare crates of 250mm push guns", most of the time no we rarely make highly specialized equipment. But if we do have them then we give them no questions asked no payment asked. It also goes for people in the seaport looking for stuff.
Funny enough we are in a coalition for this war and last war and rarely share to the coalition stockpile we still do our own thing supplying frontline bases and allowing everyone in the hex to use our stuff with or without an operation.
Move stuff. Whether its salvage to refinery.
Bmats and emats to depot.
Or cook those materials.
Moving matériel from back to mid
Delivering those crates from mid to the front.
Finally delivering those bullets and shells to the heads of the opposition
The endpoint of our logi will always be public. We will always supply bb and th in our area of operations. Doesn’t matter who is doing an ops there or who we are sharing a hex with.
My opinion on stockpiles is that if your members gathered those mats and willingly gave them for the clan then its up to the clan leadership on what to do with those stuff.
Generally speaking though, if the regiment in question has supplies in their stockpile they just... Don't want to use... And then they coming asking us for more of the same thing?

my advice to people used to doing logi is to check the bottom of the bunkerbase tooltip on the map and look at the items there if there's something that's a priority item there then deliver those first. Its easier to see what's lacking than figuring out what's absent in a stockpile. Also after delivering crates hang out a bit in the base interface that's the easiest way to see if there's anything zero in a given base since there's an order to how the items are sorted

its not for everyone. when i afk i literally afk park on the side of the road even sometimes just standing somewhere. for scrooping use the windows clicklock its very helpful when scrooping and building.

This is much more likely due to strange frontline use, as the ratios in production make sense

I don't think there's such a thing as too many watchtowers unless they overlap in coverage. Watchtowers are pretty cheap- less than a crate of shirts
