Tony here actually got banned for alting and was trying to show it off on reddit several times and they all got removed, he is unhinged, unemployed, and honestly a chronic liar, do not engage.
Logi clans can create insulated stockpiles with trusted members. If I was a clan leader I wouldn't give fucko and Jimmy the crab my artillery shell stockpile password :/
