Indochino delivery estimates are usually on the high end of what it will actually take. I’d highly recommend you order the pants ASAP. I ordered a full suit from Indochino last fall and it was ready in 3 weeks. They also do tailoring post-delivery, which adds several more weeks, but you will just need to skip that step. Your pants should fit you well enough to be passable out of the box.
Yeah last night when I saw the delivery estimate I took my own measurements (wife actually did it) and I ordered it. I am looking for more of an in case of emergency situation if it doesn't come. Glad to hear it's usually quicker though!

Also, have you tried calling any of the Brick and Mortar shops to see if they have anything in the building? You may be able to get a hold of them that way. Even if the drive is substantial and it ends up being a full day trip, or you have to proxy it through this site/family/friends?
This is my next option I'm going to try today. There are 2 local locations (one in a Nordstrom and other its own store). Hoping they have at least one in stock somewhere but my hopes aren't high at the moment...
