I like to imagine that engineer is alrechinno and others are the rest of the cast of fontaine
Spy and sniper being lyney and lynette, solider as navia, medic sigwinne ofc, demo man childe, and scout as chiori because yeah.
Though solider could be cloridne but "i will find clues" scene fits navia better

Oh nvm, I see. I think my critiques would be how the Light doesn't blend well with the background, find where the general direction the shadows are facing and replicate it into the scene practice three point lighting as well. For perspective I just found this Plugin called Fspy which helps you match the perspective of backgrounds of your characters.
