Toni Kroos is a level 30 objective and can play CDM and CAM. Or you get Kimmich for 88k and Goretzka for 92k and still have 20k remaining for other spots like defense or forwards. Or you could even get all three
You have a lot of options just depends what you want tbh if you are only looking for cdm’s. I’m sure someone else can offer better advice. That’s the cdm’s I noticed that are in your price range though. Not sure if you want to do a Bundeliga team though
