You, you know you can reroll/refresh that mission and not have to do it right?
Yep. Not sure if I'm just unlucky, but I get the Franklin mission every time a new set pops, and it almost always rolls to World Event, and back to Franklin when I reroll again. The gold cost is cheap, but it isn't worth the time for what are pretty anemic rewards anyway.
FYI, the mission to recruit Franklin can easily be rerolled to something different.
It will come back, eventually. I have rerolled it three times by now...

Up to personal preference, the rewards aren't great but they're also little effort. I mainly did them for the chance at Hidden Tickets
It’s mostly things you should already be doing and I’ve recently gotten a 10 mil gold drop so yeah
Mine's stuck on Corvus Glaive 1☆ mastery because I got better places to spend my mats.
