I think bron was a great character but too much of him is just annoying. I feel similar with the hound. Probably my favorite character from the show and we got a perfect amount of him. Too much and he would have gotten annoying as well
Emo Bam Margera is just Bam Margera
Euron was like Bath Salts Bam Margera, and from what I’ve seen on the news that might not be far off from the real thing either
Wait, did he quote this in show too: “Don’t let enemy have What he wants, in this case don’t let Tywin fight at Havvendor” or something like that. I didnt read the english version so sry if i missspelled something
Robert Baratheon King of the Andals, the Rhoynar and the First Men Lord of the Seven Kingdoms Protector of the Realm Lord of Storm's End Lord Paramount of the Stormlands
Yeah, how hyped up he was as a warrior. And the only thing he really does in the whole show is show how good he is for a couple of minutes. I guess it's better than the other "great" warriors, cause we didn't get shown shit with them, but still.
This is a good question in itself... Who was the best warrior based solely off on-screen prowess. I'm guessing probably Jon, maybe grey worm or even the hound (honorable mention Geraldt Hightower). But kinda sad that all the super badass fighters never get their shine.
All child actors in GOT and HOTD have been amazing but her ability to be believable and inspiring as a leader of men was truly incredible. Really looking forward to watching her career.
No need to kill him..... I wanted all the Direwolves to be more in.... no dead dragons, and no dead Giants... in fact I'd like them to add a unicorn and possibly a Centaur
I can tell you which character I wish I saw less of- and that’s anything to do with Dany in the city of Mereen. After season 4 that entire storyline became a side show to what was really happening. I didn’t care about the sons of the Harpy. And I didn’t care about her feud with all the slavers. She had 3 dragons, 2 of which were totally wasted the entire show, and a massive army. Idk why they made such a spectacle about the slavers when from the very start everyone knew it was going to end with her killing every single one of them.
Baric Dondarrion. We saw so little of him and then expected a grand entrance to the scene when he came back into the show. It was so weird that they gave such little screen time to a character that would ultimately come back.
That’s because in the book he was dead after the red wedding, he gave up his life to Cat Tully using the last kiss of R’hllor. I don’t think they really knew what to do with the character once they ran out of source material. Really cool character in the books though!
Nooooo I’m sorry I assumed you were show only and didn’t care about the books otherwise I wouldn’t have spoiled anything. One of my favourites in the book though :) a proper knight!
Oh its fine. I joined this subreddit knowing full well I’d be spoiled, my dad read the books before me and watched the show when it was airing, so I knew a few initial things about it, and I was surprised to learn that Cat was alive after the red wedding. Knowing that gave me so much relief honestly
Syrio Forel - and yes, I'd be interested in knowing why the First Sword of Braavos would be interested in tutoring a rich guy's daughter all the way in King's Landing. There was something missing in that story. I wonder if he was actually a Faceless Man and his tutelage of Arya was just a cover.
Sorry for spelling, I’m an audio book girly.
And yea, there are a lot of fan theories saying Syrio is Jaqen, but they kinda got squashed when GRRM said “after seeing Miltos perform the role, I wish I hadn’t killed him off”
No problem about the spelling; it was just for your info! I have seen that quote and it spoiled my hopes that Syrio's death scene was inconclusive. Wah!
In Benjen’s case, he was written out of the books as soon as he was in the show. The implication in the books is that Coldhands is Benjen Stark, but the show went ahead and confirmed it.
Ned is the answer. He is such a complicated character. I know the reveal is show canon only, but just working through his process and also never telling his wife seemed odd.
Omg like every episode after Benjen disappeared I was like “is that Benjen?” whenever there was a guy on screen whose face was obscured. It takes SO LONG to see Benjen again.
I don't like how Benjen Stark filled Jon's head with glorified notions of life at the wall. FFS. If it's a place that prisoners can opt for instead of death, it's obviously *not* that much of a glory and going to be intrinsically miserable.
the sword of the morning, wish they would’ve included dawn as well. they could’ve had like a flashback of jamie getting knighted and then show the smiling knight or something
Bejen Stark definately felt somewhat wasted. I wish he had become Bran’s tutor or something instead of sacrificing himself after five minutes of screen time.
Oberyn... wish we could have seen him kick more ass. That said, I can understand the show writers decision to show us just the single fight. I recall it being surprising, beautiful and shocking.
So im hearing from most people-
1. Bobby B
2. Blackfish
3. Oberyn
Another one for me is the GIANTS!!!
They’re so dope when introduced but then aren’t a thing until they are turned as walkers… such a waste IMO.
Thanks for the replies guys :P

Robert Baratheon. No doubt
Need to see young Bobby B swing that big hammer of his….
Gods I was strong
They don't tell you about how they shit themselves when they die, they leave that out of the songs
One of the best scenes in the entire series. WINE!
WAIT!!!
Hopefully we get something from Robert’s Rebellion at some point, though Mark Addy’s performance would be hard to match.
I've seen a bunch of Henry Cavil fan art as a young Bobby B... can you imagine.
Thank the gods for Betsy… and her tits
This is the answer
Man GOT just nails it with the old kings who die in the first season. Bobby b and vizzy t are 2 of the best characters in the whole franchise.
Ser Bronn
uh id argue we got too much Bronn
Right lol he was in every episode for sure
he’s annoying as fuck
I think bron was a great character but too much of him is just annoying. I feel similar with the hound. Probably my favorite character from the show and we got a perfect amount of him. Too much and he would have gotten annoying as well
I would too!
I wanted to see more of Euron but only if he was more like his book version
Show Euron had the dumbest lines. We saw too much of that version
But his cock!!
He’s gonna fuck the queen!
A finger in the bum
You didn't like emo bam margera?!
Emo Bam Margera is just Bam Margera Euron was like Bath Salts Bam Margera, and from what I’ve seen on the news that might not be far off from the real thing either
Underrated comment
I wanted Euron, Victarion and Aeron in their full glory onscreen but no we’re too poor for that
Jaqen Hghar
yess
and the Faceless Men. They could do an interesting series on the murder contracts those guys got.
Essos storyline was more interesting than westros, they should have spent more time in Essos in general.
Blackfish
My man🫡
Certified badass. He was one of my favorite secondary characters.
Wait, did he quote this in show too: “Don’t let enemy have What he wants, in this case don’t let Tywin fight at Havvendor” or something like that. I didnt read the english version so sry if i missspelled something
They could do a series about bumbling Edmure and make it a comedy.
Bobby B 🫡
who dat
Robert Baratheon King of the Andals, the Rhoynar and the First Men Lord of the Seven Kingdoms Protector of the Realm Lord of Storm's End Lord Paramount of the Stormlands
Robby B
Prince Oberyn. That man was a one season wonder and we were robbed.
Yeah, how hyped up he was as a warrior. And the only thing he really does in the whole show is show how good he is for a couple of minutes. I guess it's better than the other "great" warriors, cause we didn't get shown shit with them, but still.

Old Nan
Robert.
That random wildling woman at Hardhome who became a fan favourite and died within 20 mins. (Google tells me her name is Karsi)
You mean Leader of Da Sound Machine?
Haha. Haven’t heard this one before.
OMA that’s who she is!! I couldn’t figure it out until you said it
that character was meant to be a male they rewrote it after she auditioned
He looks just like Cregan Stark in HOTD. Good casting.
Lyanna Mormont.
Now that Bella Ramsey is older, especially. She's a great actress.
Girl owned every scene she was in. I wish I could be as badass as she was at her age.
Did you watch THE LAST OF US, Season 1? She is also great in that. Waiting patiently for Season 2...
Not yet but planning to. Thanks for reminding me lol
It's sooo good. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
You're in for a treat.
All child actors in GOT and HOTD have been amazing but her ability to be believable and inspiring as a leader of men was truly incredible. Really looking forward to watching her career.
The night fraud I mean Arya victim.
Ed...
Robert Baratheon, Oberyn, The Hound and more of Varys with / vs. Littlefinger
Jory Cassel
The Blackfish.
There can only be one... Hodor.
Ros, and its not even close.
Like shows in more episodes, or shows more in episodes?
Both of course.
Both is good.
Black Fish, Yoren, Oberyn
Salute to Yoren.
Wish he would have made it to the battle on the wall
Kevan Lannister, he’s a great hand of the king in the books and just as smart as Tywin
Ya, that epilogue made me wish he had more chapters, but of course that’s no longer possible.
Rickon. Was cute.
No need to kill him..... I wanted all the Direwolves to be more in.... no dead dragons, and no dead Giants... in fact I'd like them to add a unicorn and possibly a Centaur
Brynden Tully aka the Blackfish.
Robert and Ned..
Lady Stoneheart
Came here to say Cat for this reason!
Lord Wyman Manderly, the Whale of White Harbor
The Dothraki, i want more lore, more intern conflicts and more about their way of living.
Hodor vs Mord battling it out
no battle here really
Robert, Benjen, Rickon, Arya
Edward Stark
Anthony Edward Stark?
Edward Cullen, Stark 👍🏻
Eddard*
Funnily enough, Robb Stark. Yes, he got his moments, but his reign ended too quick and too unfairly.
Bobby B. Tormund. Manderly. Nymeria (Aryas Wolf)

The Good Queen Margaery Tyrell.

Damn I bet!! I’ve gotten five chapters into the first book and I can’t wait :( Now I get why the comeback for him was such a let down.
Nooooo I’m sorry I assumed you were show only and didn’t care about the books otherwise I wouldn’t have spoiled anything. One of my favourites in the book though :) a proper knight!

Cerio Ferrel, the First Sword of Bravos
Syrio Forel - and yes, I'd be interested in knowing why the First Sword of Braavos would be interested in tutoring a rich guy's daughter all the way in King's Landing. There was something missing in that story. I wonder if he was actually a Faceless Man and his tutelage of Arya was just a cover.

Yoren, definitely
Osha
Ser Arthur Dayne🌄
The wildling chick from hardhome
Karsi
Dire Wolves
They definitely should have more scenes mauling people in battles
Princess Shireen Baratheon
Lady Stoneheart.
Euron but done the right way and I WISH WE GOT JUST A LITTLE OF VIC AND DAMPHAIR
Ygritte.
The butcher's boy
Robb

Ned is the answer. He is such a complicated character. I know the reveal is show canon only, but just working through his process and also never telling his wife seemed odd.
I liked seeing more of Melisandre. Maybe if I could have seen more of Melisandre more times?
Omg like every episode after Benjen disappeared I was like “is that Benjen?” whenever there was a guy on screen whose face was obscured. It takes SO LONG to see Benjen again.
For me, I think that the Baratheons' downfall should have garnered more screentime
Barriston selmy
I don't like how Benjen Stark filled Jon's head with glorified notions of life at the wall. FFS. If it's a place that prisoners can opt for instead of death, it's obviously *not* that much of a glory and going to be intrinsically miserable.
Syrio
Shireen Baratheon
Talisa ✨
Benjen.
I’d say . The first three eyed raven , needed more of his story. My second answer would be Grey Worm , especially in the horrid S8 ending
Bessie and her tits
Ned, Robb, Renly, Olenna
Benjen because he was kinda 👀 and Robert’s dumb ass 😭😭😭😭 he was so funny.
Definitely Oberyn 🤌
Lady Katelyn Stark. She has a whole sideplot developing in book five that is completely sidelined in the series. I NEED more of that plot.
Mance Rayder. Killed off in the series. Intriguing storyline in the books.
Barric Dondarrion
Oberyn.
Yara Greyjoy
Syrio Forel is the real answer
Yes! Why was he REALLY in King's Landing? Surely the First Sword of Braavos had better things to do than tutor some rich Lord's daughter. Hmmm...
Ser Arthur Dayne, but then the mystique of his character is quite intriguing
Oh yea. Forgot about that guy.
The black fish.
Lady Olena 🌹
Ser Barristan
the sword of the morning, wish they would’ve included dawn as well. they could’ve had like a flashback of jamie getting knighted and then show the smiling knight or something
Ned stark
lyanna
Bejen Stark definately felt somewhat wasted. I wish he had become Bran’s tutor or something instead of sacrificing himself after five minutes of screen time.
The wolfs of Starks
Oberyn... wish we could have seen him kick more ass. That said, I can understand the show writers decision to show us just the single fight. I recall it being surprising, beautiful and shocking.
Ygritte
Syrio Forel and Oberyn
The direwolves 🐺
Can’t get enough of Sandor
Ned
The direwolves
Robb Stark definitely, but the whole story would change. I wonder if he would really want to rule Westeros or give it to someone else
Young Griff
Baratheon brothers interactions
Uncle Benjen
More Khaleesi hot tub scenes
Ros and her famous c*nt
Yoren
Gendry.
arianne martell, she wasn’t in the series but I would really like to see her
Karsi, such a memorable character despite her brief screen time
Arthur Dayne
Tyene Sand 😍
Sandor Clegane
Is Uncle Benjin supposed to be coldhands?
Beric.
The mountain before he became a mute.
Im a huge fan of Thor Bjornsson and i felt he definitely deserved more time as The Mountain before he faced Oberyn.
Anyone from Dorne, I want to see more of Dorne.
Olena. More of her ; she’s great! More children of the forest and 3 eyed raven.
Benjen Stark
Eddard Stark. I just loved every scene he was in.
The dragons
Gendre for me. He’s one of my favorite characters that didn’t get much screen time
Good choice. Definitely Uncle Benjen
ROBERT BERATHEAN NED STARK
EDD
Jaqen H'ghar vs. Lady Melisandre
Littlefinger. I like his hair
So im hearing from most people- 1. Bobby B 2. Blackfish 3. Oberyn Another one for me is the GIANTS!!! They’re so dope when introduced but then aren’t a thing until they are turned as walkers… such a waste IMO. Thanks for the replies guys :P
eddard stark.
Robert
Oberyn. I absolutely loved his character and he was taken from us far too soon.
Reckon stark and osha for sure but of course in the books and also the man the meth the legend reagar 🔥🐉
Yoren seemed awesome
We needed at least another hour of Benjen on screen.
ned.
