Fallen order is kind of souls-like, so you may like those also if havent played. I think Dark Souls 2 is about $8 on the ps5 store at the moment. Bloodbourne/Demons Souls come with ps plus. Not sure what prices DS1,DS3 and sekiro are at currently. Think ds3 might be less than $20

You could buy Call of Duty Modern Warfare (first one, not 2--the newest one) for around $20. That will give you access to warzone. Definitely look that up though. I'm not 100% sure if they phased it out of CoD MW and now the oldest CoD you can use is Vanguard.

Warzone is free. You don’t need to buy any other COD to play it or access it.

You need to launch it from a CoD title on PS5. Good luck trying to download just Warzone from the PS store

On the PS5, if you can’t find warzone by searching for it. You can search for modern warfare 2, then select version and download warzone. It’s what I did.

It's easy on PS5 just go to modern warfare 2 and select version and you will see warzone as one of the options just tap it and Warzone will download. You don't need to buy Modern Warfare 2 to play Warzone and never have had to.

Watchdogs 2 is single player hacking game you can pvp in it as well but just with bots

Most BRs are free tbh, so you may not need to pay anything. It's hard to find a lot of PvPs under $20 (especially FPS) that people are actively playing. Honestly, I'd just take that $ and put it towards either your PSN sub or towards in game currency of your BR of choice.

If you're getting XCOM then definitely XCOM 2 Collection, as you can play a game run with all DLC included (no side scenarios, dlc is added to main campaign). It's 90% off on sale on Steam, but expensive on PSN currently. Without a doubt one of the best gaming experiences. A lot of the fun is in making your own characters, and getting attached to them as they level up or possibly die.

I'd day Witcher 3, Dark Souls 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, Dragon Age Inquisition, and any of the newer Far Crys are good ones to get as they are often at $20-$25ish during various sales. They're all good RPGs that will give you around 50-100+ hours depending on what you get and how much you like doing side stuff
