you only get 20 less ability haste but deal more damage and you have sustain for days
Neither, just go a galeforce as like 4th item. Better utility than Prowlers and gets you to 100% crit chance. Barrels do slightly less damage but you get unlucky less often and don't miss lethals usually (and at 6 items, once you sell boots you're actually getting more damage!)
It's very often a cosmetic stat. Most of the time you will need barrel + an extra hit (Q/Auto/2nd barrel) to kill regardless of build- the instances where you're so fed that Prowlers letahlity allows complete 100-0s with a single barrel, but Galeforce doesnt, are really not that common. It is simply not that common for the 200 extra damage on crits to be worth taking the risk of NOT critting, AND it very often doesn't change the pattern you need to kill anyways, just adds overkill damage.
I feel like losing ER to get Triforce is too big of a cost. ER is so much cheaper and eliminates mana issues immediately

I do like the sustain. I remember running shieldbow against some matchups where lifesteal could turn fights.

I like how u think, but u can't go without the lethality from prowlers. It's suboptimal

you shred tanks getting on top of u with prowlers but doesnt matter next patch
