It looks to be under-fertilized. Did you grow in rows or blocks?

Do you mean fertilized or pollinated? There are two rows right next to eachother and I’ve been pollinating by hand too

I use the terms interchangably. I am not an expert on corn and havn't raised any in quite a while, but from what I can remember, it's recomended to have at least four rows to ensure complete pollination. Someone that grows corn regularly may have beter input for you though.
